Knurriger Sound beim 1.0 125PS
Hallo Zusamen,
ich bin gestern den 1.0 125 PS gefahren und musste feststellen das dieser einen sehr knurrigen Sound beim beschleunigen von sich gibt. Anfangs dachte ich der hat ein Problem oder es liegt noch an der kälte. Leider hat sich das Problem nicht während der Fahrt geändert.
Wir waren zu dritt und alle fanden das irgendwie komisch, für mich hörte sich der Motor so an wie der Dreizylinder von VW. Der ist ja nicht so super...
Mein Bruder fährt den Vorgänger mit dem 1.0 125 PS und wir sind alle sehr begeistert von der Stille im Auto. Leider scheint sich das beim neuen wohl geändert zu haben.
Zurück beim Händler meinter dieser das Ford nun ein Soundmodul verbaut damit er so klingt. Ich musste noch mal Nachfragen und lachen weil ich dies nicht glauben konnte/wollte.
Warum gibt man jahrelang viel Geld für die Forschung aus damit er leise wird und ist und dann baue ich ein Modul ein damit man ihn hört ?
Ok VW macht das beim GTI, aber den fahre ich ja nicht.
Der Wagen ist super und macht Spaß aber da ist mein A3 2.0 TDI leiser und der ist von 2011. Irgendwie komisch...
Kann mir das einer bestätigen ?

Geht nicht, gibt's nicht, ein paar Kleinigkeiten sind vorher noch zu regeln, aber wir schaffen das!
In der Straße wo ich wohne sind geschätzt 150 PKW zu Hause, die brauchen 8 Ah Ladestrom, Gesamtbedarf 1.200 Ah, z. Zt. hat unser Verteilerkasten 200 Ah, da müssen nur ein paar dickere Kabel in die Erde und die Überlandleitungen mit Umspannwerken anpassen.
Bei 3,4 Mio Neuzulassungen p A werden auch 3,4 Mio Akkus gebraucht, im Moment haben wir in D die Kapazitäten für geschätzt 5.000 Stck, die fehlenden 3,395 Mio schaffen wir locker. Die Quellen für die Rohstoffe werden schnell gefunden.
In ca 6 Jahren sind die Akkus verbraucht, recyclen geht nicht, ca 70.000 Paletten Sondermüll müssen entsorgt werden, eventuell kann man damit auf Sylt einen Deich bauen zur Befestigung des Ufers.
Die Deutsche Autoindustrie wird dann überflüssig, Elektromotoren kann Asien und Indien selber bauen, das ist wesentlich einfacher als Verbrennungsmotoren mit Hitec. Dann sind die Europäer und Amerikaner auch zufrieden, wir haben dann keinen Aussenhandelsüberschuss mehr, für die 12 Mio Arbeitskräfte in der Automobilindustrie lassen sich neue Jobs finden.
In USA werden weiter 8 Zylinder Ottomoren mit 6,5 Liter Hubraum gefahren, Verbrauch 20 L/100 km,
unsere Euro 6 Motoren mit 4,5 L/100 km werden verschrottet und die Welt ist gerettet.
Liebe Freunde in der Komunitie, ich bin kein Wissenschaftler und bitte darum, meine Fantasien als solche zu betrachten, würde mich aber freuen, wenn Ihr meine Zahlen korrigiert.

I'm from Finland and I had exactly same problem with 1.0 125 eb. Horrible "tractor" noise when accelerating.
No solution from the dealer at all.
I return that car and now I have another with 1.5 eb.
Much better sound from the engine indeed but now I have clunk noises from the rear suspension.

I presume that this is also typical problem with mk4 Vagon

Dealer told me that they are not able to repair my car and offered another car to me with 1.5 eb
But not happy yet becaus now I have that rear clunk problem and no spare parts available....
I think you have a good Dealer!

I noticed that when back of rear seats are down you can hear continuous clunking noise from both rear wheel suspensions all the time when driving uneven road.
Nobody else noticed this?

Yes, but it was 12K€ extra. New car is with all options
ST-line 1.5eb automatic with leather seats, panoramic roof etc.
Most probaply all options included with this.
I have read your tread about the noise Clunk. This is another noise and Problem. I dont have this Problem in my car.
With all options?

I hate my car already because of that noise. It is making this LOUD clunk almost all the time.

Hi Kim, why don‘t you check the car with your (or any other) Ford dealership, if it‘s driving you mad almost all the time? I’m reading this forum every day since early November and I can‘t remember any other post about a clunk in the rear suspension. Besides the fact, that it seems to be a rare problem, your car dealership should be able to locate/isolate it pretty easily. They can make a test drive together with you, put the car an the lift and check the entire rear suspension. I wouldn‘t drive around that way. Not in a new car with factory warranty. And most of all, if such noise would drive me mad!
By the way, the dealership can‘t just tell you, that it is unable to fix the problem, if it is an obvious problem. I mean they can, but in this case you‘d have a good chance to give back the car, because it‘s not working properly.
My Ford dealer already did check the car. They inspected suspension carefully but did not find clear reason for it.
Mechanican then said that it must be shock absorber and it need to be replased. Or that is the best what they can do at the moment, change the shock absorbers and see if it will fix it.
Ok great but no spare parts available so here we are. I'm drivig faulty car and nothing can do about it.
Unofficially dealer friendly thechnical support told me that it may take a looooong time to get the new parts...

I heard from dealer that this tractor noise was caused by some engine "breather box" etc. They changed this box and noise is gone.
