Selbst codieren leicht gemacht
Nachdem ich mir mein Ethernet2OBD Kabel letztes Jahr schon gebastelt hatte, bin ich nun auf eine sehr komplette Anleitung zum Codieren mit E-Sys gestossen, die einwandfrei ist. Interessant ist vor allem, was alles möglich ist (u.a. Start-Stop deaktivieren, Blinker im HUD, M-Hud, DVD-Speedlimit aufheben, SideView Speedlimit aufheben, ...). Bin gerade am Installieren... mal schauen, wann ich Zeit habe, alles auszuprobieren.
P.S.: Ob jemand sich jetzt E-Sys per Raupkopie oder auf legalem Weg beschafft, sei jedem selbst überlassen, darüber will ich hier auch keine Diskussion lostreten. Ich möchte den Link einzig und allein wegen der Anleitungen hier reinsetzen.

Ich habe Video speichern auf HDD beim nbt evo codiert. Kann auch importieren, jedoch sehe ich die Videos nirgends auf der Festplatte. Hier taucht nur Musik auf.

My F10 is tuned 1 year ago and running perfectly , now i have to make an appointment at the dealer because they are going to change the 360 degrees cameras under warranty. Now i know that they always do a software update of the I-leve when the car is there but if i want to keep my tunning with is the module that they cant update ? Or when i want to update the I-)level myself but don't want to destroy the tunning of the engine with module cant i update ?

Hatte Dir schon via WhatsApp geantwortet. Man kann aus ejnem M2/3/4/5/6/8 nicht einfach durch Codieren ein Competition Modell machen. Das wäre ja nun auch zu einfach und natürlich schiebt da BMW einen Riegel vor. Du kannst ja auch nicht einfach ein MPPK drauf setzen auf eine DME.
Und das Blubbern des Competition ist mittels Tuning nur begrenzt erreichbar. Da darf man schon viele verschiedene Maps durch WinOLS jagen.

You have to avoid that the dealer (or you) updates the DME. Normally they will do it when the workshop has to make an update. The only way is to install an ecu which is not original for your car (different cluster for example). In that case the software from workshop is not able to make any updates. On the other hand, if this is a warranty case they have to do it cause otherwise BMW Munich will not accept the warranty case (without any ISTA protocol).

Oliver if they want to do the update i wil let them do it because they will change the 360 degrees camera under warranty. After that if they did the update and the tuning is gone i will go back to the tuner and they will put the tuning back for free , but now i know when i want to update the I-level myself that id cant update the DME all the others modules want destroy my tuning only the DME ?

You can update every ecu you like. Only avoid to update the DME to safe your tuning.

Und wie soll er ein Backup der DME mit den bekannten Hausmitteln machen????

You will not be able to make a backup of your tuning with normal tools like E-Sys. First at all, when your DME will get an update the old files are not value anymore. On the other hand you cannot save your d-flash and your p-flash with E-Sys. Therefore you will need special tools to read out the DME to save your tuning.

kann mir da jemand weiterhelfen?
Habe seit zwei Jahren mit dem Laptop nicht mehr codiert und jetzt kommt bei der Pin-Eingabe eine Fehlermeldung, dass ich mein Pin nicht richtig ist. Es war vorher definitiv der Pin 1234
das kommt nur, wenn ich auf FDL bearbeiten gehe
