Selbst codieren leicht gemacht

Nachdem ich mir mein Ethernet2OBD Kabel letztes Jahr schon gebastelt hatte, bin ich nun auf eine sehr komplette Anleitung zum Codieren mit E-Sys gestossen, die einwandfrei ist. Interessant ist vor allem, was alles möglich ist (u.a. Start-Stop deaktivieren, Blinker im HUD, M-Hud, DVD-Speedlimit aufheben, SideView Speedlimit aufheben, ...). Bin gerade am Installieren... mal schauen, wann ich Zeit habe, alles auszuprobieren.

P.S.: Ob jemand sich jetzt E-Sys per Raupkopie oder auf legalem Weg beschafft, sei jedem selbst überlassen, darüber will ich hier auch keine Diskussion lostreten. Ich möchte den Link einzig und allein wegen der Anleitungen hier reinsetzen.

Lane Departure warning will make no sense without the vibration in the steering wheel. You will not have any other notice about the lane departure system, only the vibration.

6WB
Change the ZK in the VO to 1112, add 6WB in SALAPA (or change 6WA to 6WB when you've a 6WA inside), inject a CAFD into the Dkombi and code the ECU with this VO. Please recheck that the checkboxes for VCM and MSM update after TAL excecution are not marked (in options/setting, folder options) to avoid that the self-created VO will be written in the VCM. Use this VO only for the dkombi.

Yes my F10 already has the 6WA unit , o my god i can do some FDL coding but this , this is above my pay grade. Oliver i have been told that ones i change my 6WA to the 6WB the dealer cant program my car anymore so if i have a problem wit the car and i want them to ask for coulance the best way is to put the 6WA back in the car before going to the dealer. Is this true ? If so it means the car has to be coded again to get the 6WA working again... Pffff al that work every time specially if you have to ask others to help you code the car again. Maybe i should just stick with my 6WA and keep my money in my pocket.

Ich brauch mal Eure fachkundige Unterstützung für Sohnemanns neuen 1er F21. Drüben im 1er Forum raten die "Experten" zu der Fragestellung leider nur rum.

Es geht um Bluetooth-Streaming, das leider nicht vorhanden ist.

F21, 118i, Prod.-Datum 5/2014
Das Auto hat an hierfür relevanten SA
- Navigationssystem Business (0606)
- Freisprecheinr. mit USB-Schnittstelle (06NH)
- Steuerung Infotainment (06VB)

Kann das (Musik über externes Bluetooth-Gerät) über Änderung des FA (wenn ja, welcher?) codiert werden oder braucht es (andere) Teile wie z. B. Combox?

Da Business Navi verbaut muss eine Combox vorhanden sein. Dann FA ändern und codieren. Fertig..

Combox ist da im Übrigen keine verbaut. Die ist beim Entrynav in der Head-Unit selbst.

All I can say is that the 6WB is worth all the stress. After more than 2 years I still enjoy the sight.

Hello!

You can switch between 6WB and 6WA easily. The retrofit will need only 2 minutes of your time and when both clusters are coded correctly you can switch it without any codings afterwards.

And for sure, an update from a BMW workshop will only happen when something was broken and the new ecu has to be programmed.

Wird die integrierte dann als Steuergerät aufgeführt, muss also mit codiert werden, oder dann doch nur HU codieren?

Okay so both clusters can be coded at the same time; so when changing cluster you dont need to code again.. This is helpful for me to decide if i am going to spend that kind of money on the 6WB after i find someone who can code this correctly . I id allot of FDL coding on my F10 but this is something that has to be done by someone who knows what he is doing.
Lets see if i can find someone with the experience and now how to do this here in my part of Belgium , i already have someone who wants to buy my 6WA for 200 euro but i am not sure i want to sell it.

That would not be a problem at all. If you like I can code the cluster remotely via Teamviewer. And for sure, 6WB coding is not really a rocket science. 🙂
