Selbst codieren leicht gemacht
Nachdem ich mir mein Ethernet2OBD Kabel letztes Jahr schon gebastelt hatte, bin ich nun auf eine sehr komplette Anleitung zum Codieren mit E-Sys gestossen, die einwandfrei ist. Interessant ist vor allem, was alles möglich ist (u.a. Start-Stop deaktivieren, Blinker im HUD, M-Hud, DVD-Speedlimit aufheben, SideView Speedlimit aufheben, ...). Bin gerade am Installieren... mal schauen, wann ich Zeit habe, alles auszuprobieren.
P.S.: Ob jemand sich jetzt E-Sys per Raupkopie oder auf legalem Weg beschafft, sei jedem selbst überlassen, darüber will ich hier auch keine Diskussion lostreten. Ich möchte den Link einzig und allein wegen der Anleitungen hier reinsetzen.

Full ISTAPackage sind die SDP Full..
Die werden entpackt mit 7-Zip und in den richtigen Ordner gelegt und fertig dann hast du die Full SDP.
Die musst du nicht mehr updaten wenn es die aktuellsten sind.
Erst später wenn dafür Updates vorhanden sind.
Alles was du unter ISTA_Store / Downloads gelegt hast kannst du nach dem Update löschen..
Und beim Update brauch man immer die XML Datei von den vorherigen SDP Daten, also die vorherige META_SDP XXXXX. XML..
Zum Update der SDP Full werden also nur XML von den vorherigen SDP und den aktuellen SDP, SDP DELTA, BLP gebraucht..
Aber diese Full müssen schon entpackt und im PSdZ / data_swi Verzeichnis liegen sowie die entpackten BLP in PSdZ / Data, sonst kann er ja keine Updaten..

Gibt es irgendeine andere Lösung oder einen Workaround, damit ich an mein Ziel komme? 🙂
Ich hätte einfach sehr gerne das Tippblinken mit 4mal blinken.
Ja mein Auto hat vor 2 Wochen wohl beim Werkstattbesuch ein komplettes Update erhalten.

Ja genau, 03 steht für 4x blinken. Deswegen stande dort früher auch immer 02. Bei mir stand aber vorhin 00.
Das hat mich schon mal verwundert. Das 03 hat er aber auch nicht richtig akzeptiert.Wie alt ist dein Auto bzw. hat es kürzlich ein Update bekommen? Ii am currently using Rheingold 4.06.31 and the program is working good , now i have hurt i should update to the newest version 4.09.33 but i am not quit sure how to do this. My version was installed on my laptop by someone else who downloads these things but he always asked money to do this. So know i download the files and the SQLiteDBS files . but now i am stuck do i just delete the old Rheingold map on the C disk and replace it with the new Rheingold map ?? can someone help me please with a guide? Or can i just replace the SQLite DBS files in my Rheingold 4.6.31 map with the new SQLite DBS files .... I am scared of bricking my Rheingold that is working perfectly now.
can someone please help me..

For safety and when you have enough disk space you can rename the folder "Rheingold" to "Rheingold2" or so.
If your download is ready you have to unzip the new folder Rheingold.
Then you also have to unzip the sqliteDBS files and have to move them in the folder .../Rheingold/SQLiteDBs.
The new SQLiteDBS files wouldn't work with the old version 4.06.31.

If you already had a working version on your computer, then you only have to do these steps.
That's how it has worked for me for 2-3 years.
But it can still cause many problems.

Thank you for your help, but i am going to delete the old version the new version is working perfectly and doing that i will recuperate allot of disk space... so now i can update future Rheingold versions the way you told me...

An old version would make only sense if it's ISTA+ <4.06
Then you are able to change the AGR rate. This function was deleted in the ISTA+ versions 4.06 or higher.

Früher ging es seit meinem Update 63.3
Gehts nicht mehr ?
Ab 530d mit einem alpina Flash für D1 D2 etc und für S1S2 etc. Langt schon die Sportautomatik zu codieren
