Kombiinstrument Update?
Kann ich bei meinen a5 bj 12.08 problemlos ein svm update auf das Kombiinstrument machen lassen? Was ändert sich dann außer das man die öl temp. freischalten kann? Sind dann alle codierungen weg? Werden auch Daten vom Motorsteuergerät ausgelesen? Kennt einer den aktuellen svm code?

Die öltemp und Effizienzanzeige kommt dazu weiter ist mir nichts bekannt.
SVM Code ist: B817A003
Einfach diesen SVM installieren und fertig ;-) Dauert glaube so ca. 20 min.
Deine Codierungen sind nanach nur aus dem Tacho weg außer du lässt den komplett durchlaufen mit soll ist abgleich dann is alles weg wenn du was codiert haben solltest.

I agree, having a flashing interface, is the only option. Audi must have disabled this update for MY 2009 and maybe other years.

Does latest instrument cluster firmware 0258 enables boost gauge on TFSi engine, when lap timer is enabled? Firmware 0253 does not.
there is no BOOST gauge! only oil

I get instrument cluster error code after upgrading 09 J519 to firmware 0410..HVAC is ok with byte 20 bit 1. Any thoughts on instrument cluster errror. (thanks)
Problem solved by deselecting and reselecting the brake pad indicator. Firmware 0410 works without issues on instrument cluster.
There is a new gateway firmware 0121. Please can you inform what the improvements are?? Thanks

You do respond but you dont answer. I will not flash just wanted to inform because I could not find a control module with firmware 0121.
I was just curious why gateway firmware 0121 was made available. It is really awkward and looks suspicious.
