Vibrationen Lenkrad ...

Hallo zusammen,
ich hab schon mal in einen anderen Thread über mein Problem berichtet.
Bei mir vibriert das Lenkrad bei 70 - 100 kmh ... Das Problem tritt nur bei bestimmten Straßen auf. Einmal mehr einmal weniger. Bergab mehr als bergauf. Wenn ich dazu noch bergab bremse, wird das vibrieren schlimmer.
Das ganze habe ich nur bei meinen Sommerschlappen. 225 vorne und hinten 255. Runflat
Winterreifen haben das Problem nicht 225 hinten und vorne.
Seit einen Jahr fahre ich monatlich beim Händler vor .... Ich bin echt ratlos ... Habt ihr das auch?

Bei mir war es damals auch der Reifen (Erstbereifung BMW), aber etwas anders:

Es gab übrigens keinerlei äußere Beschädigung (war die Innenseite).

mein alter f31 hatte dieses auch. als ich ihn gekauft habe mit bridgstone winterreifen echt schlimm.
nach kauf wurde die spur neu eingestellt ( lenkrad stand schräg ), neue hankook non rft winterreifen 17" drauf und es war fast weg. man konnte damit gut leben.
als ich auf 18" sommerreifen ebenfalls hankook sommerreifen gewechselt habe ging es wieder los. teilweise am gleichen tag auf gleicher strecke vibrierte das lenkrad mal sichtbar und merkbar zu anderer zeit war es völlig ruhig.
war nicht reproduzierbar, aber so etwas treibt einen in den wahnsinn...

War bei mir genau so. Höhenschlag bei den/einem Reifen.

Bei mir wurden heute 3 Reifen gematchet ... Da war eine ziemlich große Abweichung .... Ich hoffe das es morgen auf meiner Hausstrecke nicht mehr zu so starken Vibrationen kommt

Also doch kein Höhenschlag, sondern ein übliches Problem mit dem Matching?

Also deutlich besser geworden .... Gibt nur noch eine Stelle wo das Lenkrad sichtbar flattert. Das kann aber dann wirklich an der Straße liegen ... Damit kann ich leben
Leider gibt BMW auf Matching aber keine Kulanz. Aber trotzdem freu ich mich wie ein kleines Kind, das Problem nach einem vergeblichen Jahr voller Mühen und Ärgerns endlich abgestellt ist

I have a new 320 DA Luxury (F30) since the end of December 2014 (purchased with 10 kms on the odometer and now I have 7.500 kms)
Despite several returns to the car shop, I also have vibrations in the steering wheel at low speed (70-80 km/h).
I have looked on several Internet forums and found the same topic in France, Germany, UK, USA, Spain, Australia and even Malaysia !
The cas goes back to the car shop next week...
I also find that the steering is not as "sharp" as the E90 I had before and that I have to make small corrections all the time which is quite annoying when driving for several hours.

There is a huge difference in terms of the the steering technology between (early) E90 and F30 (hydraulic vs. electromechanical). The new system has the potential to save a small amount of fuel as it is only active during the actual steering operation. As a result of that all car manufacturers apply this technolgy meanwhile. Unfortunately the precision is not as good as with the hydraulic system and the entire behaviour is different. This is probably what you describe by "not as sharp".

The vibrations are a well known issue. However they usually don't come from the wheels or the steering mechanism itself but from the steering wheel. As this is mounted pretty elasticly, it is sensitive to minimal oscillations of the car. If you grab it the vibrations should stop. There are some reports that people got rid of the vibrations by changing the wheels/rims/tires. Others got their software updated but this usually doesn't help that much.

To continue on the subject, the car at the car shop BMW where I live in France for 1,5 day end of July.
I asked them to drive the car with me. They recognized that there is a problem (apparently, another customer had the same problem the week before).
They checked all mechanical parts and found nothing but they admitted they could do nothing and that they would report it to BMW France.
As you said, the vibration of the steering wheel is a well known issue now. Thus, I do not understand how a car shop BMW could claim they did not know of the problem.
Anyway, for the moment, they cannot do anything and I end up with this car and unfixed problems.
I did not thing I would encounter that with a BMW.

I think the main issue is that BMW does not really consider this a problem. You might want to try another car shop, not sure how many BMW dealers you have in France. The standard procedure would be at least a software update.
