Ich glaub´s nicht -
Deine Mail entspricht im Wortlaut exakt der, die ich bekommen habe! Das sind Kriminelle, die offensichtlich abzocken wollen. Genau das hatte ich damals dem ADAC auch gemeldet, aber auch nur, weil damals die Partneraktion mit Autoscout lief (da sind die Brüder auch aktiv).
Grundsätzlich ist es so, dass Privatkauf auf eigenes Risiko läuft und die Annonce nicht strafbar ist - erst ein Betrug und damit deren Vollendung wären es.
Lasst bloß die Finger davon, das ist organisierte Kriminalität.

Naja hört sich komisch an habe auch in Deutsch geschrieben.
Ja das Auto müste ein US Model sein.
Und wenn der Typ wirklich in München wohnen würde dann müste er doch wissen das es münchen heist und nicht Munich.
Ich bin auch amerikaner daher weis ich das die immer nur Munich sagen aber mein dad weis sogar wie man es auf deutsch schreibt.

So sicher wäre ich mir da nicht...
Letzte Woche war n Ferrari F355 F1(und ich mein nen echten) für 18.000!!!!! €uro bei Mobile.de zu kaufen. Ohne Lug und Trug. Die Muddi hat's wohl einfach nicht besser gewusst 🙄
Hab mir dann nen Wolf telefoniert (Wollt immer schon ne rote Göttin haben 😁) und Mails geschrieben - Resultat: Das Auto war top in Ordung und das sogar mit Bestätigung von Ferrari mit allen Papieren usw. Magdeburg und Tel.Nr etc gab's auch.
Ein oder zwei Tage später stand dann exakt der gleiche Wagen für sage und schreibe 95.000!!! €uro wieder bei Mobile.de drin. Diesmal allerdings bei nem Händler für so Wagen...
ABER bei diesem M3 wär ich doch sehr vorsichtig, denn die ganze Story mit Munich, England, etc. kommt mir dann doch sehr spanisch vor.

Ihr erhaltet eine Mail mit den Angaben zum Transfer - ist ein großer englischer Geldtransferdienst, so ähnlich wie PayPal. Und dann sollt Ihr treu und brav die Öros überweisen - danach bekommt Ihr eine Nummer, die Ihr braucht, wenn Euch der Wagen geliefert wird - genau so wird´s ablaufen, ich wette darauf.
Jeder, der Interesse anmeldet, bekommt exakt die gleiche Mail, die wir gelesen haben, und alle weiteren sehen ebenso identisch aus - das ist ein Fake und ein schon länger funktionierender Betrug!!!

Oh man, hier ist was los ;-) Also ist doch eigentlich völlig egal ob das seriös oder unseriös ist! Ich hab mein Auto, zwar NUR ein E36 aber auch GEIL, natürlich wäre so ein M3 fett, aber NICHT in weis (ich weiß ist geschmacksache)! Und vorallending würde ich NIE!!! beim Autokauf VORHER bezahlen!! Wäre schön DUMM! Also wenn er den wirklich für den Preis verkauft, dann soll er mir die adresse nennen oder wir treffen uns irgendwo (MIT dem Wagen) und dann, gebe ich Ihn auch 6.000€ anstatt 5.900€ und er kann mit dem Taxi nachhause fahren ;-)

Scheint wohl die alte "Engländer-Masche" zu sein.
Am besten einen Anwalt und einen Gutachter mitnehmen und mal das Auto besuchen gehen, was wohl garnicht vorhanden ist.

So das ist jetzt das 3. (autom. verschickte)e-mail dass ich von ihm erhalten habe. Sehr witzig seine Idee, will sich nen Hummer kaufen braucht dazu noch 5900 und in England kann er nix mid nem M3 anfangen. Also son schlechter Betrüger wird kein Geschäft machen! Wenn er einen 0er dran hängt oder als Unfaller verkaufen, hätte er warhscheinlich mehr Glück, will jetzt aber keine Tips dazu geben.

Sach ma, das ist aber kein echter Engländer oder? Wenn ich sowas in der Schule abgeliefert hätte, hätte ich es knallrot wieder zurückbekommen, soviele Fehler sind da drin...
Das ist ja kaum noch als Englsich zu bezeichnen, das ist einfach nur schlecht, eine Qual zu lesen.
