Hallo zusammen,
In diesem Thread schreibt topi über seine guten Erfahrungen mit dem aus USA importieren i-pod Adapter. Ich möchte ebenfalls einen bestellen, einige Interessenten haben sich auch schon gemeldet.
Ich bin gerne bereit, das zu organisieren. Wer fest zusagen kann, möge sich bitte unter Angabe der gewünschten Version (bitte Anleitung bei Bostonvolvo lesen!) melden; entweder hier im Thread oder per PN.
Deadline ist der 20.9.2005, dann geht die Bestellung raus.

I had numerous iPod Adapter sales last week (most to Germany!) - I need to replenish my stock of one cable for your order to be complete. It will be brought to the post office tomorrow.

Sieht so aus, als sei der Adapterverkauf nach Good Old Germany eine lohnenswerte Sache. Vielleicht sollte man mal über geregelten Import nachdenken...?

Your order will be brought to the post office today. I bagged and marked the parts as "Package One" (two of them) and "Package Three".
Mal sehen, wie lang die Postlaufzeiten sind.

Funny - my english is so bad, I understood this as a proof for US citizen can´t count ;-)) But maybe it´s the proof for XC-Fans bad english knowledge ;-))

Nein, Thorsten, die sind einfach nur ganz genau dort. Schließlich parken die auch ihre Autos in Reih' und Glied und nach Farbe sortiert.

und der autohändler nebenan verkauft mehr - wahrscheinlich hat er japanische modelle - dessen parkplatz ist um einiges leerer :D ;)
hmmm aus irgendeinem grund hab ich einiges verpasst :D
habt ihr alle schon den adapter bestelllt?

Versteh ich nicht wie Du drauf kommst der könnte nicht zählen.
Er erklärt doch ganz genau, dass er die Teile nach Sets sortiert in Tüten verpackt hat. Vom Set1 (Package1) gibts 2 Stück (Tüten) und vom Set3 (Package3) 1 Stück...

? "Take care" - Klar nehm ich meine Karre - fahr doch nicht mit was anderem ;-) But your explenation is good enough for me - I just missed that kind of info in John´s sentences ;-) I just thought there were only 2 baggages, number 1 and number 3 ;-))
I´m sure, your english is much better. But keep in mind - my english is without experience. Just school knowledge - and my school time is quiet far away ;-) But I´m looking forward for some training - so let´s talk englisch in Motor-Talk ;-) [until oli closed this thread cause of the language ;-))]

OK, Torsten, if you like to learn some lessons....
It's not about 'baggages' but 'bags' or 'packages'....
And... your school-time is not 'quiet far away' but 'quite far away... 'Quiet' is the equivalent to the German 'leise'....
One would also not say 'far away' if this is related to a time that has passed since then. If I wanted to express what you're saying I'd say: 'just school-knowledge; and that's been a while....'...
Please... don't take all this too serious. Given that you really just learned English as a student and didn't really use it in your real life I must say that you are much better than some others I have met so far....
BTW I don't see a problem in speaking english on motor-talk. That'd also be a great opportunity to find out if any other Americans or 'non-Germans' are around....

I never had problems with to lees fun, especially with MT ;-) We should invite some american drivers for our next mini-GT - could only be more fun ;-)) And, we should invite d5er - with his "Viagra-Place" he is an outstanding player with that language ;-))

naja falls einer seinen adapter net brauchen sollte oder einer übrig bleiben sollte nehm ich einen insofern der bei mir passt :D
ansonsten werd ich einfach kollegen in usa bescheid geben müssen die mir das einfach mitbringen
