Nachrüstung LED-Innen- und Leseleuchte (Ambiente-Dachleuchte)

So, habe gerade das vordere Dachmodul getauscht. Alles lässt sich vom alten Modul (Innen- und Außenlichtpaket) in das neue Modul umsetzen: Sensoren der DWA, Mikrofon-Satz (sowohl zwei als auch drei Mikrofone) und Homelink-Knöpfe.

Aber:

• der Homelink-Rahmen passt nicht :( Siehe Bild. Die komplette Blende für die gesamte Leuchte gibt es einzeln: Mit Garagentoröffner für schlappe 50,28 Euro brutto - Teilenummer 4G0 947 139 C (ohne Panoramadach, mit Garagentoröffner(-ausschnitt für die Knöpfe), für Ambientelicht), Farbcode 6PS für soul (schwarz)
• die LEDs leuchten nicht, wenn ich eine Autotür öffne. Wie steht die Einstellung bei Euch, die das Ambientelicht haben: Ist die rote LED im Taster für "Licht bei Türöffnung" an, wenn das Licht angeht?

 

Alles andere geht: LEDs vorne einzeln/zusammen an, LEDs hinten einzeln/zusammen an, Brillenfach auf/zu :D

You have to connect the lin bus to T32i Pin 32. There are 3 32pin connectors, black, blue and grey. You need to connect to the black one.

All ok. Problem is wire not connect direct to pin32. I connect direct to pin 32. I coding too bit 7. Perfect. Thanks

habe jetzt auch seit einer Woche einen 4G Avant FL und habe mir schon die beiden LED Innenleuchten im Dach besorgt und musste jetzt leider feststellen das zum Anschluß der vorderen Leuchte noch ein Kabel hinten im Kofferraum zum Steuergerät gezogen werden muss und habe keinen Plan wie die ganzen Verkleidungen abgehen sollen oder das Kabel am einfachsten langgezogen werden kann. Ich möchte auch nichts kaputt machen. Kann mir jemand mit Ausbauanleitungen der Verkleidungen helfen oder gibt es eine bebilderte Anleitung ? Danke im vorraus.

siehste, deshalb vorher lesen, steht hier sicher drin.

Lies mal den ganzen Fred, geht je nach Ausstattung auch vorne am Spiegel CAN abzunehmen.

PIN 7 – Violett/Weiße (CAN BUS) Leitung bei automatisch abblendendem Innenspiegel oder DWA

Im Febr 2012 stand Fred seite1 :" So, das war des Rätsels Lösung! Ich habe heute morgen mir eine Reparaturleitung und einen Stromdieb besorgt und mir den LIN-Bus (das violett/weiße Kabel) vom DWA-Sensor geholt. Dort war glücklicherweise eins - wenn man keine DWA hat, ist das eventuell weiter entfernt - einfach in den Stromlaufplänen nachschauen. Dann Pin 5 umgepinnt und den alten "schlafen gelegt" (nach dem Foto-machen noch isoliert :D). Seitdem funktioniert das mit der "Licht an bei Türöffnung" ",

sind auch Fotos drin, wenn das nicht da ist im Dachmodul, dann muss Du bis nach hinten durch.

ja hab ich gelesen das geht aber nur beim VFL und eben nicht beim Fl da muss das Kabel von der Leuchte halt zum Komfortsteuergerät im Kofferraum

I posted already before in this topic about my modification from bulb to LED roof module (including the pictures, etc).

I also still have error "01308 - Control Module for Roof Electronics (J528), 004 - No Signal/Communication - Intermittent" after coding "Module 46, Byte 11, Bit 7 active" but since this works more stable than without coding I ignore the error since everything works fine. But as a true electronic engineer it still bothers me. :-)

Reading comments of samkaksam and others about the difference in power supply connection of the light bulb (via J519 onboard supply control unit) vs LED Roof Module (via terminal 30, fuse D11) got me thinking.

So I took another look into the schematic diagrams and although I didn't try it yet I believe samkaksam is right!

It's very plausible that the LED roof module needs terminal 30 (always powered on) since it's digitally controlled by LIN bus and after exactly 10 minutes after closing the car it goes to deep sleep. At this moment the LIN bus addresses the LED roof module for the last time, but it needs (terminal 30) power to be able communicate. And when fuse D11 is missing and J519 already in sleep the supply might be missing! So the communication fails and the error will be logged!

I checked fusebox D and indeed in my car D11 is missing, so this matches the theory so far.

It would be nice to try to fit D11 (5A) and test if the error is gone.

But I think it's safer to first remove the original power connection via J519.

Anybody tried it already? And anybody knows what would be the easiest procedure/location to remove the original power connection from J519?

@Gingerpale: Why do I need to remove the connetion from J519? I understand it so that I need an additional Connection to the fuse.

But I am still confused, because in my power supply plan is the normal light connected with power by SD11 and no connection to the J519 via the make-up mirror driver´s side. If I look at the wirering for the LED module there is an additional connection to the make-up mirror driver´s side which has a connection to the J519.

Let's be clear: The LED Roof module works fine with the original power connection. Only some of us want to get rid off, or at least understand, the error it creates in the system (error "01308 - Control Module for Roof Electronics (J528), 004 - No Signal/Communication - Intermittent").

The Problem on my car is, if I install the new led Roof module and connect the additional LIN and do the coding - it works just for some time and than I become the error and also the light won`t work any more and also the battery management says low battery. Until now I tried to different led roof modules and both make the same problem.

I looked at the fuse SD11 but it is not installed - could it be that some have these SD11 installed also with the normal light module? (because in my power plan from 2011 the normal one has also the power connection to the fuse SD11)

I found a newer power plan (there is a distinction between befor 2014 and after 2014) - (my car is from 2013) there is the normal light only connected to the mirror driver´s side going to J519 (like in your picture)

Do you know if I have to connect an additional cable to the fuse SD11 (Klemme 30)? If I look at the power plan the J519 is also connected to "Klemme 30" - hopefully you can understand why I`m confused with my car configuration.

Short info - I made yesterday the modification with the additional fuse and now it work with the coding.

My car was from 2013 and there was no Connection to fuse SD11 "Klemme 30" - For me it looks as if the cable is laid depending on the production date of the car.

ich hole den älteren Thread mal wieder hoch, da ich gerade dabei bin meine Innenbeleuchtung auf LED umzurüsten. Teile habe ich mir lt. Fred hier besorgt und heute mit der Demontage angefangen.

Erste Ernüchterung: Kein Lin-Bus am automatisch abblendbaren Innenspiegel. Wie es scheint ist es wohl tatsächlich so, dass ab 2014 dieser nicht mehr am Spiegel anliegt. Toll - aber war fast klar.

Zweites Problem: die zwei großen Stecker sind identisch, allerdings die Stecker zu den kleinen Runden Lampen (oder was auch immer das ist) nicht. Im alten gehen beide Kabel in einen großen Stecker zusammen, im neuen hat jedes runde Ding einen eigenen Stecker (siehe Fotos).

Gibt es hierzu ein Adapterkabel, oder muss ich hier basteln und die Kabel eventuell anlöten?

Oder einfacher - kann mir jemand sagen wofür die kleinen Leuchten gut sind? Die waren bei mir noch nie an.

Je nachdem lege ich sie dann halt einfach blind oder löte es um.
