RS6 Scheinwerfer, Grill und schwarze TT Winterfelgen am 3.0 tdi
nach wochenlanger abstinenz wegen werkstattaufenthalt zwecks umbau, und jonglieren verschiedener kombinationen ist er nun endlich fertig ! so sieht die winterkonfiguration aus :

hallo gemeinde, ja , also es gibt nun infos und teilenummern, allerdings in einer derartigen flut, dass ich mich selbst erst einlesen musste ...
1.
es wird nur das gehäuse mit den integrierten LED Leisten, und NSW des RS6 gewechselt - die gasentladungslampen (xenonbrenner) werden von euren bestehenden SW entnommen und eingesetzt.
2.
die teilenummer der gehäuse für a6 4f MJ 2007 mit kurvenlicht ist :
links: 4F0 941 029 CM
rechts: 4F0 941 030 CM
3. es muss an der vekabelung bzw. den steuergeräten und leitungen nix getauscht werden - mein mechaniker hat den einbau anhand der folgenden anleitung von piesi_ 2000 ( danke hierfür und bitte ums copyright ) durchgeführt:

ich hab eine teileliste und explosionsdarstellung von meinem freundlkichen erhalten, auf der weitere bauteile und die zeichnung enthalten sind - wenn wirklich bedarf besteht versuch ich das einzuscannen - mit betonung auf versuchen ...

TFL an über MMI wählbar - Dimmung bei Stand- und Abblendlicht - ohne Fehlereinträge oder Meldung im FIS
Und so gehts:
- WICHTIG: Bordnetzsteuergerät muß mindestens Index "K" haben
- die Pinbelegung am Scheinwerfer muß NICHT geändert werden, nur um die NSW zu aktivieren muß das Kabel weiß/blau vom originale NSW an den
Stecker am Scheinwerfer T14a (links), bzw. T14b (rechts) jeweils auf Pin 13, Masse liegt schon.
Nun muß das Bordnetz-SG freigelegt werden, also untere Ablage links raus. Am Besten gleich alle drei Stecker abziehen.
LINKS:
- Am grauen Stecker T32c Leitung schwarz/rot Pin 4 trennen
- Am schwarzen Stecker T10a Leitung grau/weiß Pin 6 trennen
- Leitung vom Stecker T10a Pin 6 grau/weiß mit Leitung schwarz/rot aus Leitungssatz verbinden
- Der Pin T32c/4 schwarz/rot wird nicht mehr benötigt
- Am Stecker T10a Leitung weiß/schwarz Pin 8 trennen
- Leitung vom Stecker T10a Pin 8 weiß/schwarz mit Leitung grau/weiß aus Leitungssatz verbinden (PWM-Signal)
- Die Leitung weiß/schwarz im Leitungssatz wird nicht mehr benötigt
RECHTS:
- Am grauen Stecker T32c Leitung schwarz/rot Pin 15 trennen
- Am schwarzen Stecker T10a Leitung rot/gelb Pin 1 trennen
- Leitung vom Stecker T10a Pin 1 rot/gelb mit Leitung schwarz/rot aus Leitungssatz verbinden
- Der Pin T32c/15 schwarz/rot wird nicht mehr benötigt
- Am Stecker T10a Leitung grün/blau Pin 2 trennen
- Leitung vom Stecker T10a Pin 2 grün/blau mit Leitung rot/gelb aus Leitungssatz verbinden (PWM-Signal)
- Die Leitung grün/blau im Leitungssatz wird nicht mehr benötigt
Jetzt nur noch die vierte Stelle im Bordnetz auf "5" (S6/RS6) codieren (xx5xxx) und es funzt, ehrlich!
Die Teilenummer Bordnetz ist die 4F0 910 297 K.

I have installed my RS6 headlights, remove the component protection of the 4F0 910 279 K module.
I have done the unpin wires on T32C and T10a plugs according to the diagram. And it does not work!!!!!
Result are:
- when DRL is OFF on the MMI, and I swith on the xenon, the Leds stays 3 seconds and disappears,
- when DRL is ON on the MMI, and I switch on the xenon, the Leds does not work,
- when DRL is ON on the MMI, and switch on the engine, the leds does not work.
I have a doubt on the following unpin connection.
- Head of connector T10a Pin 8 white / black line with gray / white line sentence combining (PWM signal)
- Head of T10a plug pin 2 green / blue with red line / yellow line sentence combining (PWM signal)
Can you help me to clarify these connections:
- Head of connector T10a Pin 8 white / black line with gray / white line sentence combining (PWM signal)
For this, I have connected directly this PIN 8 wire coming from connector T10a to the Gray/White wire??
- Head of T10a plug pin 2 green / blue with red line / yellow line sentence combining (PWM signal)
I have connected directly the PIN 2 wire coming from T10a connector to the red/yellow wire??
What does it mean Head of..?

I have just checked my wires on the left headlight.
Now, when DRL in ON on the MMI, the Leds switch on, but disappear after 3 seconds (like if there is a kind of temporisation).
The same when I switch on the engine.
Any explanations??

Have you switched your 4F0 910 279 K module to headlamps with LED's.
This must be done with VCDS (vagcom) or from you dealer with the original VAG Equipment.
I think you modulke is programmed as 0013121. this must be changed to 0015121 for headlamps with LED's.

Yes, I did it yesterday at the Audi delaer when he removed the component protection of the 4F0 910 279 K.
Maybe my problem comes from my coding.
Today, mine is 0015121, knowing that I have Adaptative Light and I do want to select DRL via MMI.
What are your coding for this module??

Maybe there is something wrong with the repinning of the cables.
Do it exactly like described in this thread. Sorry but there is nothing more to say for that.

Just one question. Does the right side work correctly ? And don't forget that you have two Black/red wires on the T32c connector.
schaut echt geil aus!!!auf wie viel kommt ein scheinwerfer und passt der in jeden 4f Avant????

Good question : the Leds of the right headlight does not work anyway!! But as I have bought it as a second hand, maybe there is a problem in it!!
But I have found the two right black/red wires on T32c connector. The Pin 4 (red/black) is linked to Pin 6 (grey/white) of T10a, and the Pin 15 (red:black) is linked to Pin 1 red/yellow.

Seems that there is something wrong left and right because the left one works not properly too only for seconds.
I don't know if you can destroy something in the led if there cables are linked wrong even for short time. Maybe the module is NOK ? Try another one
Sorry but dificult to analyse via net
I can just suggest to check with the latest Version of ElsaWin (3.60) or online on erwin.audi.com.
All the wirings for the different models are described there. You just have to compare the standard wiring to the RS6 or facelift wiring.
May make things a lot easier 😉

I did not make any change on this white/blue wire.
Where can I find this white/blue wire to make the changes??
