Kartenupdate Navi
Ich habe bei meinem G30 ein Kartenupdate durchgeführt, dabei USB Stick mit 32 GByte verwendet.
Auslieferung des Fahrzeugs war Anfang August, die Karten entsprachen nicht der lt. Connected Drive aktuellen Version "Road Map EUROPE Way 2017-3".
Man sollte sich für die Aktualisierung Zeit nehmen, die Daten "tröpfeln" vom BMW Server in den eigenen Rechner: für 12,77 Gbyte wurden zunächst 2h10 angezeigt...es dauerte noch länger.
Entpacken und speichern auf dem USB Stick (ca. 20 Minuten). Nachdem der Stick in die USB Schnittstelle des G30 eingesteckt war, dauerte die Aktualisierung in meinem Fall ca. 10 Minuten.
Die Eingabe eines Freischaltcodes ist nicht erforderlich (Update ist durch entsprechenden Code auf dem Stick nur für das spezielle Fahrzeug frei).

Yes Java is installed , i downloaded the update manager 20 times but it will not install i always get the same error RUNTIME DOES NOT EXIST.
well, in case it's working on a different machine - as it should - there is something messed up with the underlying OS or some snakeoil interfering with the install or execution. Switching off some or all of the firewall, AV and ipfilters may help. Moving to a differnet machine will clarify. Further remote diagnostics and problem solving will be difficult I suppose ... good luck.

Problem is solved , i went to the hidden Roaming map on my C dive and i deleted the map (JWrapper-BMWDownloadManager ) turnd of the pc and started up again downloaded the update manager again and viola it worked again. But this is a stupid service from BMW , the new NBT Next 2019-1 is already out there and the updater still givves me the map NEXT 2018-2 for my car … So this is not wort the money after another year my subscription is over and i will not buy it again.

Lade ich gerade runter....
woher? Download Manager meldet, dass ich die 2018-4 bereits geladen hätte. Von 2019-1 kein Wort.

Ich habe hier im Download Manager das Road Map EUROPE Way 2019-1 für meinen 520D. 61%....
Es liegt an der Art des verbauten Navigationssystems:
Das «Road Map EUROPE WAY» passt zum Navigationssystem Business, während das «Road Map EUROPE EVO» für das Navigationssystem Professional geeignet ist.
Die Erscheinungsdaten dieser Kartensätze sind unterschiedlich.

ich habe Navi prof im G31 aus 09/2018 und bekomme trotzdem die Meldung, dass 2018-4 bereits geladen worden sei.
Brauchen für die 2019-1 aber ganz schön lange dieses Mal, oder täuscht das?
Kommt das 2019-1 nicht erst im März? Oder irre ich mich da?
Weiß jemand wann das kommen sollte/ müsste?
Ich führe zwar kein Buch über die Erscheinungstermine, aber die 2018-3 erschien Anfang September 2018. Deshalb vermute ich auch dass mit der 2019-1 Anfang März zu rechnen ist.
