So übersetzen wir es bei uns im Betrieb und in Zusammenarbeit mit Hardwarelieferanten auch...

Hi David i have retro fitted the Highline version of TPMS that you cannot have this as an option when ordering a new Polo.

Hi Scott, that's weird. In Germany we have no Option for TPMS in the VW Configuration Site for a Polo. We have only the passive System but this is from Factory in every Polo. That's a Law every new Car needs TPMS. Active or passive.

Scotty, please give us a little inside of how you did that, especially the TPMS High System!
The cost of this extensive upgrade would also be of interest. I suspect that regardless of the technical complexity, it was not really inexpensive 😰
Regarding the tire pressure system, I checked the prices at Ebay, approx. 100-120 Euros for the Controller and the 4 valves.
I think thats ok.

Sure, but that‘s just one topic of the listed ones 😁
Thats the only one I'm interested in.
I‘d say all those retrofits doubled the worth of your Polo because they‘re insanely expensive. The ACC retrofit set cost 999€.
And I‘m thinking for about a year now whether to retrofit cruise control or not. About 750€ (including installation in the workshop, can‘t do it myself) is a bit hard for such a small feature.
