WE Connect im Ausland

Hallo,
ich bin jetzt das zweite mal in der Türkei, seit dem ich mir meinen neuen Tiguan gekauft habe.
Wenn ich über WE Connect überprüfen möchte, ob mein Auto richtig verriegelt ist, zeigt WE Connect mir jedes mal an, dass die Fenster und die Heckklappe geöffnet und das Auto entriegelt ist.
Ich muss dann immer jemanden zum Auto schicken, um den Zustand zu überprüfen.
Es ist immer alles in Ordnung.
Die Meldung ist also falsch.
Kann es sein, dass We Connect vom Ausland aus nicht funktioniert?

Bei mir wird dieser Fehler auch ab und zu angezeigt. Auto in Deutschland, ich ca. 25 Meter entfernt.
Einzig raus ans Auto, Türen auf und zu, (E-) Motor starten hat bisher geholfen.
VW ist das Problem angeblich nicht bekannt.

Hallo,
nachdem ich mit der Hotline telefoniert habe, wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass es wegen dem Problem ein neues Softwareupdate für die E-Sim gibt.
Vorgangsnummer: 0001587058
Nun wollte ich einen Termin in der Werkstatt ausmachen und mir wurde mitgeteilt, dass das Auto drei Tage in der Werkstatt bleiben muß.
Das Softwareupdate dauert nicht lange, allerdings muss anschließend geprüft werden, ob der Fehler dadurch behoben ist.
Für die Zeit bekomme ich keinen Leihwagen.
Das Update wird also bei meinem Auto erst getestet.
Ich bin nicht bereit, dafür drei Tage auf mein Auto zu verzichten.
Hat jemand von euch auch dieses Problem?
