My fault, I meant Z-Axis...

I think we mix up the things... the tunnel is not 100% symmetrical in the body floor integrated, that is correct and normal.
There is no gap in production quality that would tolerate 1 millimeter differences between one BIW and another!

Where are you located? What is your dealer telling you? Did someone contact the factory and ask them for advice?

I'm in Portugal and i follow you in your website, the question is that Mercedes Dealer and Mercedes Benz Portugal don´t give me solutions or answers! I´ve also written to Prof. Dr. Thomas Weber and Dr. Dieter Zetsche and they quickly answer that "Mercedes Benz Portugal" should resolve and perform a full analisys. Until this moment and going on 2 months now i´m still with continuous back pain because my legs are turned right and my neck has to be turned left. I do 100000 kms a year and i´m a Mercedes Enthusiast from many years but now i´m completly locked with no answers that help my problem. The only thing they answer is that all is well and there is no defect with the car seat. But i continuosly think it´s impossible there has to be more to it.

i even dont understand your problem. there is no problem.

The C class has a serious defect that causes health problems, the driver's seat undergoes deformation because it has no room to be fixed in the correct location of the holes . see the photo details and ask yourself why the Mercedes in used cars site never shows this detail . How is it possible Mercedes have this problem? My already took 3 seats in 100000kms . The center tunnel is deviated to the side of the driver. The cars manufactured in Germany have this problem as South Africa did not ! I will put more pictures! I will do a scan of the interior with certified translation for AutoCAD where it will be possible to see that there is an invasion and there is no room to tighten the seat rails . Look at your car and comment !

you should be careful when making statements like "serious defect" or "health problem". it seems that you dont even know if the "problem" you mentioned is really a problem or just something that you noticed. many users tried to tell you that the things that you noticed are neccessary production standards, but i think that you dont really want to believe them because it seems that you fight for your oppinion. please be careful with statements, that could bring a company into miscredit or in the worst case destroy the reputation of a company.

You are completely correct and i am wrong about the words i use. I´m sorry for that, it was not my intention to destroy any reputation. Today the scan is done and the process will have evolution in

the appropriate bodies that exist to defend consumer interests.

My apologies for any misunderstanding that may have caused. I'm a big fan of Mercedes.

The best or nothing.

any news?

Take your conclusions and analyze where do I put the seat . Missing space just 4.66mm to put the seat rail!!!
High Quality standards!!!
