W205 Production defect
Die C -Klasse hat einen ernsthaften Defekt, Gesundheitsprobleme des Fahrersitzes leidet Torsion , weil es keinen Raum befestigt wird verursacht. finden Sie in der Foto-Informationen und fragen Sie sich , warum die Mercedes -Website nie benutzt kannst du das Detail zu sehen. Wie ist es möglich Mercedes dieses Problem? Meine bereits 3 Sitze in 100000kms nahm

Was er damit sagen will: der Getriebetunnel sitzt bei seinem Fahrzeug nicht mittig, sondern ca. einen Zentimeter zur Fahrerseite versetzt. Die Ausschnitte im Teppich legen nahe, dass dies nicht so beabsichtigt war. Schlimmer noch: Durch den Anstieg des Bodens zum Tunnel hin, läßt sich das Sitzgestell nicht in einer Ebene montieren und steht somit unter Spannung, was beim Threadersteller wohl schon zu 3 defekten Sitzen innerhalb 100TKM führte. Da ein Vergleichsfahrzeug aus südafrikanischer Produktion scheinbar korrekte Maße hat, könnte es sich um einen Fehler in der deutschen Karosseriefertigung handeln (Schweißroboter falsch programmiert?), sofern es kein Einzelfall ist. Könnt ihr das mal bei euch überprüfen, ob es da auch so ist?

den Bildern nach sitzt sein Fahrzeugteppich nicht mittig...... ich glaube allerdings nicht dass sich seine Fahrgäste auf den Boden legen und mit dem Maßband nachmessen....
Doch, machen sie. Deshalb bekommen sie ja gesundheitliche Probleme durch Torsion;-).
The C class has a serious defect that causes health problems, the driver's seat undergoes deformation because it has no room to be fixed in the correct location of the holes . see the photo details and ask yourself why the Mercedes in used cars site never shows this detail . How is it possible Mercedes have this problem? My already took 3 seats in 100000kms . The center tunnel is deviated to the side of the driver. The cars manufactured in Germany have this problem as South Africa did not ! I will put more pictures! I will do a scan of the interior with certified translation for AutoCAD where it will be possible to see that there is an invasion and there is no room to tighten the seat rails . Look at your car and comment !

See the diference at the center console there is the same space around... and the drillings / holes in floor allow to put the seat rails. This is a normal car produced in South Africa. Yours between 04/2014 and the end of year are defective cars.... After cientific results we have a "SeatGate" causing health issues. How does stay passive safety in a crash????

Thats a serious production failure. What do your dealer say about that?

Can you measure both sides, from tunnel drivers seat to the left inside of the car and tunnel passenger seat to the right inside of the car. That must be different.

Yes it´s a serious failure. Left side has less and right place has the normal size.
Dealer agrees with me but Daimler no, at the moment!
I´m going to perform a scan test with Steinbichler TSCAN ( Scanning of design models for further processing in CAD data and as documentation) .
Steimbichler is partner inside Mercedes, Audi and Porsche.
The big question is that passive safety is affected for sure, and if check your cars they have the same problem.

Hybridstays in production in Germany and i´ve seen in new cars from last month the same problem.
This issue is in thousands cars!!!
