V70 "Nachfolger"?
Hallo,
mein Leasingvertrag für meinen V70D5 läuft bald aus und mich würde interessieren, da ich mit meinem Volvo sehr zufrieden bin, wieder einen neuen zu leasen. Jetzt hat es ja gerade akutell eine Facelift gegeben, was ja oft anzeigt, daß es mit dem Modell nicht mehr so lange "geht". Hat jemand eine Ahnung wann evtl. ein wirklich neuer V70 kommt? Ich habe nämlich keine Lust dann nach einem Jahr ein "altes" Modell zu fahren.

Ich denke ein großer Modellwechsel kommt erst in rund 2 Jahren. Kann mir nicht vorstellen, dass all diese Entwicklungen für einen kürzeren Zyklus umgesetzt wurden. Aber selbst wenn, sieh es positiv: Du fährst dann ein ausgereiftes Modell!
Ich hab vor 4 Jahren extra nach nem Händler gesucht, der mir im März noch einen "alten" V70 neu bestellen konnte. Zum einen, weil es den neuen noch nicht als Diesel Automatik gab, zum anderen, weil mir der 1er optisch wesentlich besser gefallen hat. Als Beieffekt hab ich auf die Anfangsmätzchen des "neuen" verzichten können...
Naja, inzwischen hab ich doch den Nachfolger. Unter der Haube is der allerdings inzwischen tatsächlich deutlich besser als das alte Modell...

Ich denke, dass die gerade erwähnten 2 Jahre das absolute Minimum sind. Bei Volvo wäre wohl ein Modellrhythmus von 7-8 Jahren wahrscheinlich. Daher gehe ich mal nicht unbedingt von Herbst 2006 (also MJ2007) sondern eher von einem Jahr später (MJ 2008) aus.
Na ja, dann denke ich kann ich mir ca. in einem halben Jahr wohl den noch aktuellen V70 bestellen.
Ich hoffe nur das Volvo dann auch noch so gute Leasingangebote macht wie im Moment. Habe gerade mal per Kalkulator meinen jetztigen V70 neu kalkuliert inkl. Awd und diesem neuen Fahrwerk und komme auf deutlich niedrigere Raten als ich jetzt zahle und das obwohl ich vor 2 Jahren mit abstand den günstigsten Händler gefunden hatte und extra 500km gefahren bin um das Auto abzuholen....

ich habe meinem Händler diese Frage auch gestellt. Nach dessen Information kommt das neue Modell 2006.

Das deckt sich zwar mit den Informationen, die ich neulich beim Händler bekommen habe, aber die daraus resultierenden 6 Jahre Modell-Laufzeit wären für Volvo-Verhältnisse ungewöhnlich kurz. Daher glaube ich das erst, wenn sich die Anzeichen dafür verdichten.

Selbst wenn der Modellwechsel so schnell kommen sollte, kann man sich mit dem Kauf wohl Zeit lassen. Denn gemäß der früheren Erfahrungen braucht es bis zu zwei Jahre - damit der Elch ohne Serienmacken auf die Pirsch geht. Also vor Ende 2007 Hände weg, falls man nicht dauernd zur VOLVO-Klinik rollen will.

Gemäss meinem Händler kommt der Nachfolger der 2008 und der S80 ein Jahr früher.

Still, any new model plans will be tempered by the need to keep Volvo's current lineup fresh. In that vein, the XC90 is soon to get a V-8 engine and a new XC70 is just months away.
As well, in a brutally competitive luxury and near-luxury market, the existing S60, S80 and V70 must all be kept up to date. Sources say for 2006, the S80 is due to be restyled and re-engineered and the C70 coupe will be redesigned.
For 2007, a V30 and V90 wagon are both possible,while the S60 and V70 are due for a redesign. And in 2008, a C30 coupe is possible, also.
That is a lot of new product in a short time for this relatively small auto maker.

Neuer V70
Mein Leasingvertrag für meinen V70D5 läuft demnächst aus - für mich ist momentan das entscheidende Kriterium dass Volvo immer noch keinen Partikelfilter anbietet (das wäre mir wichtiger gewesen als 74 Firlefanzneuheiten).
Überlege mir deshalb den aktuellen Wagen (mit dem ich zufrieden bin und der gut läuft) zu kaufen und erst dann zuzuschlagen wenn es den D5 mit Filter gibt. Angeblich werden neuere Diesel ohne Filter sehr schwer als junge Gebrauchte zu verkaufen sein.
