wer hat von Euch Erfahrungen mit diesem OBDII Tool gemacht?

Ich habe eine ganze Zeit 2013A genutzt, welches insgesamt einwandfrei lief. Einzig genervt hat mich, dass unter Information/Ersatzteile keine Bilder angezeigt werden. Da ist lediglich ein rotes x oben links. Neuere Versionen habe ich nicht zum laufen bekommen, 2013A dann wieder installiert.
Hat jemand eine Lösung für das Fehlen der Bilder? Unter anderen Punkten funktioniert die Bebilderung.

Das wars scheinbar nicht. Habe die aktuelle Version deinstalliert und 3.5 installiert (IE8).

dotnet treibt doch nur in der Kommunikation zwischen DICE und VIDA sein Unwesen dachte ich?

IE8 passt schon. Mit IE9 hatte ich Probleme und ab IE10 ging gar nicht mehr.

Das mit dem "X" hatte ich auch schonmal an einem PC. Bei mir hat es das Dot.NET downgrade auf 3.5 gerissen.

Du könntest noch versuchen, im IE unter Sicherheit die Site http://localhost bei "Lokales Intranet" hinzuzufügen.

...oder erstmal nen Neustart. Reboot tut gut 😉

Hallo,
kann mir jemand sagen, warum ich mich auf einmal bei meiner Vida Installation nicht mehr anmelden kann.
Nachdem ich beim Login, Admin eingegeben habe geht für einen Augenblick eine neue Seite auf und direkt wieder die Loginseite.
Es ist IE 8 installiert, win7 pro, und Vida 2013a.
Ich habe Vida schon mal deinstalliert und neu installiert, leider das gleiche Problem.
Muß irgendetwas in der Registry gemacht werden?

Es hat bis vor kurzem einwandfrei funktioniert.

Mit IE8 funktioniert nicht, update deine IE von 8 auf 11

Kein Upgrade auf IE11, VIDA läuft in der Konstellation auf IE8 einwandfrei, hat es bei ihm ja vorher auch getan. Vielleicht ists einfach nur ein Fehler bei der Anmeldung, statt Admin kleingeschrieben admin oder 1 versuchen. Ich habs jüngst auch neu installiert, einziges Problem war der Speicherfehler, mit dem Patch startet VIDA.

Ich habe eine Deinstallieren-Einleitung im Internet gefunden. Es hilft beim Reinigen von Programmresten:

If you have a clean install of Windows 10 Pro or Microsoft Windows 8.1 Pro and have not previously installed any version of VIDA (failed or not): jump to step 9.

1. Disconnect your DiCE-device from your computer and do not connect it again until this guide says so.

2. Make sure you have uninstalled everything related to VIDA:
Uninstall in this order: (if you don't have some or any of these, uninstall the ones you have)
- VIDA
- Adobe Reader XI (11.0.06) (also remove any other version of Adobe Reader)
- Dice Usb Driver x64
- DiCE x64
- IsoView
- ITEDO IsoView ActiveX Control 4.0
- Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2
- Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 Native Client
- Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 Setup (English)
- Microsoft SQL Server 2008 Setup Support Files
- Microsoft SQL Server Browser
- Microsoft SQL Server Native Client
- Microsoft SQL Server VSS Writer
- Windows Driver Package - SETEK AB (DiceUsb) DiCE Hardware (01/31/2011 6.1.7600.16385)
Also remove any other version of Microsoft SQL Server (or any other SQL for the matter) and any versions of Java that you might have installed.

3. To resolve problems with non-detected or problematic DiCE-devices/USB ports follow this optional procedure:
a. Disconnect your DiCE-device from your computer if you have not already done so.
b. Open Control Panel, open System, click Advanced System Settings, click Environment Variables on the Advanced tab, and define a new variable under System variables: Click "New...", Variable name: DevMgr_Show_NonPresent_Devices and set the Variable value to 1 and then click OK.
c. Open Device Manager and select View/Show hidden devices, remove the shadowed devices that are problematic, e.g.:
- DiCE-206751@000000000000
- Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)

3b. To resolve issues with .NET Framework, follow this optional procedure:
- Download the ".NET Framework Cleanup Tool" here:

7. Run CCleaner: (the free version)

- Start CCleaner and go to Options/Advanced and uncheck "Only delete files in Windows Temp folders older than 24 hours" and optionally uncheck "Show prompt to backup registry issues"
- Under Options/Monitoring uncheck both "Enable system monitoring" and "Enable Active Monitoring"
- Now run Cleaner (on the left) and after that go to Registry (also on the left) and run it multiple times until there longer are no issues detected.

7b. Open Control Panel, open System, click Advanced System Settings, click Environment Variables on the Advanced tab, check if VIDA variables are in the list: if present, delete the following: VIDA_HOME, VIDA_LANGUAGE, VIDA LANGUAGES

9. Install SQL Server 2008 R2 Express from the VIDA 2014D DVD:
- Open a Command Prompt: Click Start and enter "CMD", then right click on "Command Prompt" and select "Run as Administrator". A new CMD-prompt will appear. Copy the following line (substitute D: for your actual VIDA DVD location) and then paste it by right clicking in the CMD-window and select "Paste", then hit enter:

- (The above code is what fails to execute correctly by alba.exe when installing VIDA the "easy way". I have not yet pin pointed the exact fault but I believe it has to do with by which credentials SQL Server installation is started by).
- The installation of SQL Server will run by itself without any user intervention. Wait until it is complete and then close the Command Prompt.

9b. Optional step (do this only if you have had a problem and this is the second time you follow this guide, else skip to step 10): Check your SQL installation:
- Click "Start/All apps/Microsoft SQL Server 2008/SQL Server Installation Center"
- If SQL Server Installation Center asks to download .NET Framework 3.5, select to Download and install this feature.
- In the SQL Server Installation Center, select "Tools" and then "Installed SQL Server features discovery report". The report should look like this if correctly installed:

- Exit SQL Server Installation Center

10. Optional step: Make sure Internet Explorer 11 is installed via Control Panel: View by: Small icons, "Programs and Features", select "Turn Windows features on or off" and make sure Internet Explorer 11 is checked (which is the default in Windows 10).

11. Step removed.
12. Step removed.
13. Step removed.
14. Step moved to 7b.
15. Step removed.

16. Install VIDA from the VIDA 2014D DVD:
a. Step removed.
b. Locate VIDA Setup (setup.exe) in "D:\Install\DVD\Vida_dvdheader\Main" (NOT the setup.exe in the Vida folder) (substitute D: for your actual VIDA DVD location), right click the file and select Properties, go to the Compatibility tab, check "Run this program in compatibility mode for:" and select "Windows 7" from the drop down list, then click OK.
c. Now run the "setup.exe", still in the Main folder.
- Select VIDA All-in-one and then the language to install.
- Leave the default Destination folder as is (C:\VIDA\)
- Accept the License Agreement
- If the installation asks to download .NET Framework 3.5, select to "Download and install this feature".
- When the Vida Configurator shows up, select the default Location setting which is "Internet", click Save and then Close, Close.
- When Setup asks for a reboot, select "No, I will restart my computer later" and then click Finish.

17. Now it's time to run the VIDA Patch, the same Patch works for VIDA 2014A through 2014D. "2014A.exe". Leave the default Destination folder as is (c:\) and select Install. Ignore the taskkill error. If Windows Firewall Security Alert shows up for "Java(TM) Platform SE binary", leave the default "Private networks" ticked and click "Allow access".

18. Reboot.

19. If Windows Firewall Security Alert shows up (again) for "Java(TM) Platform SE binary", leave the default "Private networks" ticked and click "Allow access".

20. Now you should be ready to try VIDA out, but wait for the VIDA Monitor to change to a green play icon (VIDA Monitor is by the task tray):
a. Connect your DiCE-device to your computer.
b. Start VIDA All-In-One
c. If Internet Explorer ask to use Recommended security and compatibility settings chose "Don't use recommended settings".
d. If Internet Explorer asks permission to enable Several add-ons, click Choose add-ons and Enable both 'Adobe PDF Link Helper' and 'WebCGMHlprObj Class'. If Internet Explorer only asks permission to enable 'WebCGMHlprObj Class' click "Enable".
e. Login with admin, 1, 2, 3 or 4, depending on your location/market.

21. Now everything should work but there is an additional optional step that you can do to make Windows happier: download and install "Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 Service Pack 3" here:

- Download, install it and Reboot one last time.

22. Additional optional tweaking:
- Remove VIDA eUpdate, VIDA and Adobe Reader and Acrobat Manager from automatically starting on boot: Open Task Manager, click "More details", Startup tab, right click the applications one by one and select "Disable".
- Now go to C:\VIDA\ and locate the application "VidaMonitior.exe" and drag a shortcut to the desktop (while right clicking it, drag the icon to the desktop and select "Create shortcut here"😉.
- Delete all VIDA/Adobe shortcuts but the newly created VidaMonitor one from the desktop.
- Reboot
- To start VIDA, double click the VidaMonitor shortcut on the desktop and wait for the VIDA icon to turn to a green play icon (it is in the task tray by the clock), then double click it to open VIDA in IE.
- If you are not using EWD in VIDA you can also optionally uninstall Adobe Reader, especially if you are on Windows 10 because Edge has built in PDF capabilities.
