Kein TÜV erhalten wegen fehlerspeicher P22AC und andere Mängel
Hallo,
War heute beim TÜV mit dem Ergebnis dass mein Fahrzeug erhebliche Mängel aufweist.
- Bremsscheibe 2. Achse links und rechts innen Tragbild mangelhaft
- Motormanagment / Abgasreinigungssystem Diesel nicht in Ordnung
- Fehlerspeicher Diesel enthält abgasrelevante Fehler.
Fehlerspeicher P22AC 02 sensor positive current control circuit low bank 1 sensor 2
Die bei BMW meinten, das es aktuell ein Rückruf für mein Fahrzeug gibt (AGR), und das Teil bestellt wurde.. allerdings mit lange Lieferzeiten zu rechnen. Wenn ich Pech habe, dauert es länger wie 4 Wochen.
Denkt ihr das mit dem Wechsel des AGR das oben genannte Problem gelöst wird?
Oder liegt es vielleicht das der dieselpartikel Filter nicht freigebrannt wurde und zu ist?
Fahr sehr viel kurzstrecke (10km hin plus 10km zurück) jeden Tag.

Tausche die Lambda nach Kat aus, des is a Breitband von Bosch und kaufe nur Original, die Zubehör wird dich nicht weiter bringen, da diese andere Fehler meldet.
Die Nachkat Sonde hält max 60tkm.
Hab das Auto heute in eine freie Werkstatt abgegeben und kann es am Freitag, hoffentlich mit neuer TÜV Plakate wieder abholen... Werde Berichten

Wht would de Lambda sonde after Cat only work for 60000KM ? i also had the error lambda sonde after cat and i bought a original from BMW paid 285 euro after only 32000 KM i got the same error message lambda sonde after cat defect. Normally original BMW parts have 2 year warranty and my orginal lambda sonde was broken after 17months and the webshop i bought the sonde said no warranty only when you bye the sonde from the dealer and the dealer replaced the sonde.
Replacing the sonde is not dificult you have more work dismanteling the plastic cover protecting the bottem of the engine. I called the dealer and asked fot the price to replace the lambda sonde and they said with work it would be 525 euro. They are crazy so i replaced the sonde myself ,but the second time when i went to the webshop to order the original lambda sonde the price was already 322 euro only for the sonde. So the second time i orded a Bosh Lambda sonde and when the Lambda sonde arrived i could not see any diference between the BMW or the Bosh both are manufactered in Roemenia but the price of the Bosh lambda sonde was 118 euro with transport from Germany to Belgium . And after 2 years and 36000 KM the sonde is still working fine. So now if one of the lambda sondes brake down again (my F10 has 2 one before the cat and one after the cat ) i will never buy an original BMW lambda sonde again, because they are both made by Bosh
Hello and greetings, I'm just telling you what I've experienced. I also work in a Garage. And the accessories do not work. You have an exception here because you got a Bosch, but these are taken off the market and were not delivered in December 2022 because they are not available.
Attached is the file from Bosch about the LSU 5.1.
It says that it works for over 300 hours. My experience but also from the observation of the 2 litre engines an average of 50-60tkm holds, depending on how the car is driven.

Thank you for the information ,my Bosh Lambda sonde is stioll working perfectly .So Bosh dont sell them anymore??

Stelle mal einen Kulanzantrag bezüglich der Sonde, bei meiner Hauptuntersuchung gab es das gleiche Problem und die wurde auf Kulanz ausgetauscht. Waren damals auch schon über 100tkm auf dem Tacho.

For my one as a spare is not available! Only Original Part No. BMW 13628589104
But at Leebmann24.de is not so expensive as a BMW Dealer.

Where i bought my Bosh Lambda Sonde on there German webshop they are still availeble because i mail them yesterday. They added the lambda sonde again on there webshop 117 europ and then the shipping cost.

Erst sollte man mal mit dem Serviceberater ganz normal sprechen, ggf machen sie es ja auch auf Kulanz.
Im Fall, dass sie es verneinen, kann man sie mal freundlich bitten, in München einen Kulanzantrag zu stellen. Wird auch dies verneint, kann sich der Kunde direkt an München wenden:

Scheint wohl ein Serienfehler zu sein.. aktuell 110.000 km runter und Fehlereintrag im Fehlerspeicher bezüglich Lambdasonde. Allerdings die vor Katalysator.
Am Montag geht das Fahrzeug zum Rückruf. Mal schauen was die Herren von BMW sagen.

Der Wagen des TE steht in einer freien Werkstatt und @UrbanMenance meinte, dass der TE einen Kulanzantrag stellen sollte. Dies kann, meines Wissens nach, nur eine BMW Werkstatt. Du, als Kumde, kannst freundlich bei der Hotline anrufen und fragen ob man dir irgendwie helfen kann. Mehr nicht.

Nicht richtig, ich habe bereits diverse Male bei der Kundenbetreuung einen Kulanzantrag gestellt und, trotz voriger Ablehnung innerhalb der NL, durchaus auch schon über München bewilligt bekommen. Und die NL musste zurückrudern und wunderte sich ebenso. Eine Vertretung kann im Hause noch einen eigenen Kulanzantrag prüfen, bevor es nach München geht.

Ich kann das mit dem Serienfehler bestätigen. Mein Fahrzeug hat 2020 also als er vier Jahre alt war und 70000 tkm gelaufen hatte. Das hat bei mir die BMW Anschluss Garantie übernommen. JA ES IST ein bekannter Fehler, dass die Sonde kaputt geht. Viele merken es nicht. So erging es mir auch.
Das zweite Mal musste die Sonde auch gewechselt werden mit 85 tkm. Angeblich hat der Mader ein Kabel angebissen und dadurch ist die Sonde getauscht worden. Das glaube ich nicht. Die BMW Werkstatt wollte etwas mehr Geld verdienen. Das hat die Teilkasko dann übernommen abzüglich SB

Das heisst, du hast einen schriftlichen Antrag auf Herstellerkulanz an BMW geschickt oder hast du dort lediglich angerufen und gefragt, ob man deinen, von der NL gestellten und abgelehnten, Anzrag nicht nochmal pruefen koennte?
