Dual-zone digital air conditioning faults

Hello everyone, my 2001 A208 EVO has a dual-zone digital climate control system that has the following malfunctions:

At the 3rd/4th speed, it adjusts the airflow intensity by one notch at will, and as it does so, the dashboard lights dim and brighten at the same rate.
If I set it to minimum or maximum, the speed remains constant.

For some time now, when I turn off the car, the cabin fan won't turn off, and I have to try different adjustment combinations, reinserting the key and turning it until it starts again and then turning the engine off. I set it to OFF, for example, and try many other random combinations, and finally it turns off.

Does anyone have any idea what happened?
