Audi A6 3.0TDI Quattro Problem

Hello, has anyone had a similar problem? My Audi A6 C6 3.0 TDI 2007 sometimes loses power or feels slow, especially in warm weather, when the AC is on, or when the engine is hot. It doesn’t happen every time the engine is hot, sometimes it works normally even when hot. The car runs normally when it’s cooler.
The diagnostics first showed an EGR fault, and later a solenoid fault, which I already replaced. I have also replaced all vacuum hoses with new ones. But even after that, the same faults keep coming back.
