2.0 tsi, 2016 problems
Sorry for the wrong language, you can however answer in german.
Got my variant 2016 a week ago, does anyone else experience these problems:
The watch is running to slow (an hour a day or so).
The trip millage and fuel consumption is reset every night.
Wind noise from the drivers door, especially during side winds.
Apparently the watch issue was known by the dealership but there is no cure as of yet.
Other than that it is a great car!

No patch as of yet, booked a slot at the dealership late August to get it fixed, hopefully there is a solution by then.

I have the exact same problem in my 2016 Passat with the discover media entertainment system (not the navigator). The car was also sold in Sweden...
The clock falls behind about twenty minutes per day and all the fuel consumption counters as well as the trip counter are reset over night. That's a pain when using a company car and having to keep record of km driven.
My dealer also states this is a known issue but that a solution is still missing. Pretty pathetic for a brand new premium car.
My theory is that the entertainment system has a bad battery as most older computers had a cmos battery to keep settings when power was off.
Mine was at the workshop this week, fairly incompetent service as no new software was available and they now have ordered a new complete speedometer kit. If your theory is correct shouldn't German sold cars have the problem as well? As the problem only appears at midnight irrespective of how long it has been switched off my guess is it has something to do with the clock getting behind.
The new speedometer will be installed beginning of Oct.
A new speedometer was fitted yesterday and voila the memory has been restored. According to the workshop the clock will require a new software but this morning it did not seem to have fallen behind.

Where did you get the repair done, and dos you get any paperwork on what was done, parts no or so? Would like to have something concrete to refer to other than just "I read it on the Internet" ??
Sorry, did not receive any paperwork as they were is a rush to have it completed by the end of the day.
