Musste sein,Autos die man vom Autohändler abholt sind nicht richtig sauber und Aufbereitet immer wieder nur oberflächlich.

For your BMW I think a good products might be:

The BMW X 6 I made with Berner Medium Nano politur incl. Wachs with polishing machine speed 1000rpm. & then Berner Lackversiegelung Hochglanz by hand.
I am not a fan of particular brand, for me what's important is the top quality & result, that's why I experiment & use many different products. I think people who use only 1 brand are stupid, they afraid to try something new & think what they use is the best forever or they don't want to invest in their business (if it's not a hobby) & work only with 1 supplier.
The only advice I can give you: avoid Made in USA products, most of it is very low quality.

I don't want to get involved into this conversation which is better USA or Germany, Swiss or China, Finland or S.Korea, Austria or Canada...I only use what is best for me, so should you.

In general it's very easy to restore single stage paint, but this Cadillac stood outside in the
sun & rain for 10Y! without single washnever restore cars in such condition ;-)!
If you are going to restore old car that is in a normal condition, just wash it good, then either machine polish (low speed) medium polierschwamm with any polish (or lack reinigung) you have at hand. Then put wax by hand or with low speed soft polierschwamm. That's it. If you don't use polishing machine it's no problem, hand work is better quality.
For chrome or aluminium use any good metal polish, ex. Autosol.
