Opel Insignia A (G09)

Als ich vom ersten Gang in den zweiten Gang und beschleunigt durch Drücken der Kupplungshälfte, hören Sie einen klappergeräuschreduzierend (cla, cla, cla, cla).

Haben Sie etwas bemerkt?

Hi Feivel,

Noise Ratchet is exactly as you describe it.

Me too hard for me to change to second gear with the engine cold.

This paragraph does not understand it well, do not drive the English and the translator is very bad, can you make me these questions in a more literal and one by one?:

¿¿¿ I think you should describe the noice so exactly as you can... So, do you hear the noise every time? Do you hear it on fast load change? while you stand, and raise the RPM to 4000-5000 (while clutch pressed) and let it drop do you hear it? Do you hear the noise at only one RPM Range (like 1800-2000) and so far. ???

If you seek noise, I find it every time, yes. But only if I listen to the middle floor the clutch and accelerate. With the clutch fully released or fully pressed not hear anything.

The speed range in which I listen, I think it may be between 1500 and 2500, more or less.

Thanks for your time and get a warm greeting

Yes, i think you should describe the noise exactly...

Just answer this questions:

Do you hear the nosie every time while you shift from 1st to 2nd gear?

Do you hear it only when the windows are open?

Do you hear the noise on fast load change (like brake, shift and releasing the clutch, while you driving)

Do you hear it while your engine is idling?

Do you hear it if your engine is idling and you raise the RPM (While you stay on clutch) to aprox. 4000-5000 RPM?! Then you let the RPM drop to ~ 1000 (engine Idle?)

@ Black TM, could it be, that my clutch release bearing is broken? Dealer say it's normal.. whatsoever... freaks me out...

TY

Hello again,

- I hear the noise every time I change 1 to 2 and accelerated, slowly releasing the clutch.

- Also I listen to it even though they have the windows closed.

- Sometimes (few), also I hear the change from second to third, if I use the clutch half and accelerated.

- At idle I hear no noise.

- "Do you hear it if your engine is idling and you raise the RPM (While you stay on clutch) to approx. 4000-5000 RPM?! Then you let the RPM drop to ~ 1000 (Idle engine?)".

In general, the feeling I feel when the noise occurs, it is a weakness, fragility or loss of strength. It seems as if the car lost power along the way.

This I must try it, I'll tell you the test result.

Regards, let me know.
