Mercedes me: Adresse an Fahrzeug senden
Hallo zusammen,
seit Dezember fahre ich den GLC und nutze recht intensiv die Mercedes-me App (IOS). Wenn ich in der App auf meinem iPhone ein Ziel eingebe und "Adresse an Fahrzeug senden" klicke tut die App so, als wäre alles ok.
Im Auto finde ich das gesendete Ziel aber nirgends.
Kennt jemand das Verhalten oder weiß wo man die Strecke im Navi (Command online) findet?
Ein Arbeitskollege fährt einen BMW und da wird das Fahrtziel quasi als SMS geschickt und man kann es dann hierüber aktivieren.

I also had the problem when sending an address to my vehicle, I did not get a navigation pop-up when entering the car. I did have the BT (Bluetooth) option enabled, but with no effect. My dealer also did not understand, and showed me a counter example with their own phone and a GLC, where it worked flawlessly (send address to car, put it on, and immediately after the connection with the phone the navigation address popped up on the screen).
After experimenting (had to send some screen dumps to the Mercedes Me help portal; they are very friendly and helpful), I did manage to get a pop up on the COMAND with the question whether I want to connect to Mercedes Me. I can remember this pop up before, as I was wondering why the COMAND was asking me for setting up a link, whereas I could already see all car info in the app. So I pressed "No" at that time, and that it probably the error being made in setting up the system correctly. This setting can not be found anywhere in the system settings.
During experimenting, I managed to get that same dialog box on my COMAND asking me whether I want to connect to Mercedes Me. This time I pressed "Yes", and now when I send addresses, it pops up immediately at my COMAND system.
The way I managed to get that dialog box was:
- Send an address inside the vehicle with BT enabled. The iPhone says the address is sent successfully, but no pop-up, and the address is not appearing anywhere.
- Send the address inside the vehicle with the BT option in the app disabled. The iPhone says the address is sent successfully, there is no pop-up, and the address appears in the POI app (which is an unhandy way of dealing with it)
- After this, I enabled the BT option in the Mercedes Me app again, and did send an address again. The car now put the dialog box with the question whether I wanted to connect to Mercedes Me, I answered Yes, and immediately after that the address appeared as a pop-up
Maybe this also works for other people with the same issue, in my search I saw there were many people at random that seem to have this issue.
What I realised as a side effect, is that only addresses sent via BT are entitled to pop up on the COMAND immediately. If you have no connection to the car, and connect the phone later, it seems to cache the BT request, and you get a pop up anyway.

Anderes Bluetouth vielleicht nicht, aber einen anderen App-Funktionsumfang. Sieht man ja nun auch... 😉
Hast du mal mit deinem iPhone die deutsche Version probiert?
bei Android kommt die Option erst in der Karte
wenn man eine Adresse eingibt (in der App) erscheinen dann 2 Optionen:
An Fahrzeug senden
Nur Route anzeigen
jedoch kommt Fehlermeldung, dass sich die Adresse nicht ans Fahrzeug senden lässt, egal ob über BT verbunden oder nicht. Was n Schmarrn echt. Intuitiv und nutzerfreundlich ist was anderes
Muss nachher mal ausprobieren, ob etwas im Smartphone in den Verbindungsoptionen aktiviert werden muss, zB Bluetooth-Tethering o.ä.
Das klappt bei mir. Allerdings muss man sie dann im Comand über die Funktion POI importieren runterladen. Dafür muss man erst eine Internetverbindung aufbauen (thetering über Bluetooth aktivieren).
Eine automatische Anzeige wie bei IOS kommt nicht.

Für die Übertragung der Adresse braucht es bei Android keine BT-Verbindung. Dein Smartphone sendet die Adresse an den MB Server, soweit Dein Mercedes me Account funktioniert und mit deinem Auto richtig verbunden ist.
Die Übertragung vom Server ins Fahrzeug erfolgt dann bei bestehender Internetverbindung des COMAND über dein Smartphone bei aktivem BT-Tethering mit den MB Apps. Alles erkennbar an dem gelben Doppelpfeil oben rechts im Display wenn Du im Menü "Internet" anwählst.

Identisch bei mir ("Adresse konnte nicht an das Fahrzeug gesendet werden" als sofort aufpoppende Fehlermeldung). Mhmm, was soll das sein? Und gibt es dafür eine Lösung?

Vor Mitte 2015? Gabs da schon Kundenauslieferung? Meiner ist von 12/2015 und funktioniert mit Android und Iphone. Beim Einsteigen ist ein Pop Up zu sehen. Gruß Zuli

Ich habe ein Xperia z compact mit Version 5.1.1
Den send to car botton habe ich in der App nicht.
Gibt es noch besondere Einstellungen?
Aktuell habe ich einen 6.0.1. Eben gerade im Me eine Adresse rausgesucht und dann erscheint das hier: siehe screenshot.
Auswahl an Fahrzeug senden ausgewählt und 10sec später erscheint eine Vollzugsmeldung. Später steige ich ein und bestätige die Pop Up Meldung und los gehts.
Bei mir tut es auch nicht. Mercedes Me App meldet erfolgreich das Absenden der Adresse. Im Auto kommt aber nix an. Ich habe keine Command, sondern nur das Garmin. Kann es das uebrhaupt?
Eine POI Auswahl, bzw. POI App, bzw. Popup wie ich hier schon gelesen habe, finde ich bei mir nicht.

Also ich denke schon Verkaufstart war ja April 2014.
Ich habe gestern mit der Kundenbetreuung gesprochen, wahrscheinlich liegt es an dem Steuergerät was verbaut wurde. Code 0u5 und 0u6 ist die Combox verbaut. Code 0u8 und 0u9 ist die hemesbox verbaut womit es funktionieren soll oder man hat Code 0u11 welches alle Codes beinhaltet. Wann welches Steuergerät verbaut wurde werde ich heute hoffentlich gesagt bekommen.
