weiß jemand, ob das 2025 Modell schon die Rivian-Software hat?

Nein, frühestens ab 2027.
Da selbst die neuesten Apps noch von Cariad stammen, wird wohl auch im aktuellen Modelljahr noch die gesamte Software von dort kommen.
