Strange Noise 1.6 diesel (NOT rattle)

Dear friends I came from Italy and

This is my Astra 1.6 diesel engine with 110hp MY16. It has 142.000 km and on 2021 I add the new tensioner and the gasket and I start to use 0w20 oil.

According to the Garage i Need to change the whole Distribution system.

Do you agree? I can ear this noise only when it's cold but it lasts untill The engine does not run up to temperature
