Pyrotrenner Batterie nach Unfall

Hallo zusammen.

Ich bin dabei ein Unfall-etron zu reparieren. Das Fahrzeug hat vorne links viele Schäden, aber ist reparierbar. Auch sind fast alle Airbags raus gegangen bis auf die Seitenairbags.

Das Innenraum und die Beschädigungen vorn links sind fast alle repariert. Das Problem befindet sich jetzt noch in der Batterie.

Ein Kumpel von mir hat die Batterie ausgebaut und in der Batterie Junction Box der Pyrotrenner raus geholt. Das Teil hat er durchgemessen und war voll in Ordnung. Also alles wieder wie original zusammen gebaut, aber leider bekomme ich noch immer viele Fehlermeldung in der Batterie. Muss der Pyrotrenner unbedingt geändert werden? Oder habe ich hier ein anderes Problem?

Hier ist ein Video mit einem Q4, bei dem es nach einer Kollision nicht ausreicht, nur eine funktionierende Pyrotrenner zu haben.

Crash-Fehler ist aktiv, damit wird die interne Kommunikation in der Batterie abgeschalten. Der Rest sind Folgefehler. Der Fehler kann bei einem schweren Crash nicht mal in der Werkstatt gelöscht werden.

Hattet ihr eine passende Auflage für die Junction-Box als ihr die abgenommen hattet um die Pyro zu prüfen? Und bei der Montage die Führungsstifte drin? Falls nein sind die HV-Kontakte jetzt potentiell geschädigt und dicht ist das ganze auch nicht mehr.

Im Kabelsatz ist auch noch was faul, SD wird nicht sauber erkannt und Ansteuerung Pumpe hat ein Problem.

Ich weiß nicht wie schwer der Crash war, aber so schlimm hat es alles nicht ausgesehen. Fakt ist, die Batterie selbst hat keinen Schlag bekommen

Bezüglich Junction Box: nein, wir haben es demontiert und gleich umgedreht und auf den Boden gelegt. Dann hat mein Kumpel das innere Teil in Junction Box ausgebaut und der Pyrotrenner durch gemessen. Weil er gesehen hat das der noch ganz war hat er die wieder eingebaut und haben wir der Box wieder auf die Batterie gelegt. Dazu haben wir keine Hilfswerkzeuge oder so verwendet. Die Schrauben wurden allerdings über Kreuz angezogen. Sind die Teile dann so empfindlich? Meinen Sie eher ich brauche jetzt einen neuen Junction Box anstatt eine neue Pyro?

Ist die Pumpe von der Batterie vorne links verbaut? Wenn ja, dann verstehe warum da noch einen Fehler zu finden ist …

Wenn die Pyro noch Durchgang hat ist sie auch in Ordnung. Fehler im BMC löschen oder BMC gegen neues tauschen wenn er sich nicht löschen lässt sonst gibt es keine Kommunikation mehr mit der JunctionBox und den Modulen.

Wenn in der Junction-Box geschraubt wurde dann wurden hoffentloch alle Muttern mit passendem Drehmoment wieder angezogen. Falls das nicht sichergestellt ist viel Spass wenn sich da etwas löst, das Feuer ist dann nicht mehr aufzuhalten wenn da drin ein Lichtbogen zündet.
