Betrüger unterwegs!!!!
Hallo zusammen,
ich biete eine Leasingübernahme für meinen XC90 bei Ebay an:
Da kam ein Mail rein in dem mich ein Intressent darauf aufmerksam gemacht hat das mein Wagen mit meinen Bildern und dem Originaltext bei Mobile.de von einem Typ in Spanien für 20.000 Euro angeboten wird. Der behauptet der Wagen sei schon bei der Spedition und wird dann per Container nach Deutschland gebracht...komisch was!?!?!?
Also: Augen auf beim Autokauf.

Blöd sind die Bilderdiebe, die ich jetzt identifizieren kann und gegen die ich natürlich Strafanzeige stellen werde....und Schadensersatzforderung etc...
Meine Anwälte freuen sich schon wieder auf die Abmahnungen/Unterlassungserklärungen...da klingelt wieder Advokats Kasse 😁

hab' mir übrigens erst kürzlich wieder einen XC90-EXECUTIVE-Sonderprospekt bei Ebay ersteigert....2,50 Euro...aber gibt's ja bei keinem Händler mehr!!

Michael (der sich auch mal einen QUELLE-Katalog von 1974 ersteigert und in Erinnerungen schwelgt und sich köstlich dabei amüsiert...die Radios+TVs, die Klamotten, die Möbel...😁 😁 )

Hier im Übrigen zur echten Belustigung (ich hoffe es ist niemand darauf hereingefallen) das Schreiben des "Verkäufers" zur Abwicklung:...
" I am sorry but picking up is impossible as the car has been already crated and I have signed a contract with the shipping company so I can't back off now. They do also have all the papers already checked and if you want you can contact them.
Please note that the car is located in La Coruna, Spain and it is ready for shipping -the shipping company has done all the checks regrding the car and the papers. I confirm again the price I have asked, including the shipping directly to your address, full insurance and return policy available 15 days from delivery. The custm taxes are paid as all the rest of them. Vehicle ready for the registration process.
I will explain you step by step how we will act:
1) I need your delivery full name and address, also telephone number in order to be contacted by the shipping company before delivery
2)I will complete the shipping tomorrow or even today, as the vehcile has been already checked by the shipping company along with all its papers -the vehicle is not stolen, not having any outstanding finance, it's ready to be registred as all the taxes have been paid (shipping, insurance, return policy, duty taxes, otehr registration taxes)
3)I will send you the shipping information after the vehicle will leave Spain heading to the delivery address. In case you need, I will send you a contract signed by myself in order for you to be able to get the funds from your bank
4)You will check with the shipping company the tracking number and the shipping details online on their website as they do have a Live Help there 24 hours/day 7 days/week
5)After you have the shipping confirmation, you will send me by bank transfer only (as I have been adviced by the shipping company that is the safest way) the amount of 10000 euros. This payment is a refundable one as I have paid for these services and the shipping company is responsible to refund you in maximum 72 hours -after you inspect the vehicle, in case you are not happy with it.
6)You will wait until the vehicle is delivered directly to your address, not in a dock or in a warehouse. The shipping company will contact you one day before the vehicle's arrival.
7) You will have 2 days to inspect it. After that, if you decide to buy it, you will need to pay the rest of the money by bank transfer. In case you will find it unsatisfactory, the shipping company will refund you in full in maximum 72 hours and they will charge me for the shipping back taxes.
8) The return policy is valid 15 days and in case you decide you want to return it, you will contact the shipping company and the refund will be done in full, same way, by the shipping company.
9)The shipping company will help you to register the car, as I have paid also for these servcies.

Bei meinem Freundlichen gab es keinen Urlaub in Spanien, nur ne Tasse Kaffee. Schmoll!
