Hidden menu i the MMI
Hi guys
At the navplus.us forum they has discovered a hidden menu in the 3460 (and 4420) version of the MMI.
Push CAR and SETUP for a few secs and this very secret menu appears...
But be careful - is really serious and with lots of untested choices...

Lass doch die Leute machen, gewarnt wurde doch genug und wenn etwas schief geht ist es doch sein Schaden den er hat. Trotzdem kann er doch um Hilfe ersuchen und nachfragen ob es eine Lösung gibt. Wenn du damit nicht klar kommst blätter den Fred weiter ;).

I think I've read instructions on finding this menu already from motor-talk.de, so not a biggie.
You can see eg. aircon fault codes from this menu, most of the stuff is read-only.
Gibt es von diesen Tastenkombinationen noch weitere? Der beschriebene funktioniert bei mir jedenfalls nicht.

Der darf für den Endverbraucher auch nicht Funktionieren. Das ist der Engeneermodus .
Hier kann mann verschiedene Einstellungen ändern unter anderem TV während der Fahrt was verboten ist.
Im Radio Modus die Taste SETUP und dann RETURN gleichzeitig drücken und halten dann kann mann die einzelnen Geräte aufrufen und den SW Stand auslesen.

The submenues are very detailed.
Eg. You can change the periode of time for the lovely Start-up screen in the MMI,
and the time it takes for the shifting from eg. Navi to Phone menu in the MMIscreen.
This is the easy stuff, for the HardCore freaks there all sorts of detailed coding...
This is NOT the menue the MMI enters when pressing: "Retur + Setup"
This menus are reached by pressing: "Setup + Car"
