C70 Dynaudio Soundsystem, Lautsprecher

Hallo Foren-Gemeinde,

Ich komme mit dem Thema "defekter Dynaudio Tieftonlautsprecher vordere Tür" in meinem C70 von 01_2008 nicht mehr weiter.

Mein sehr hilfsbereiter und engagierter Freundliche hat mittlerweile 4 Stück von mir beschaffte und jedes mal lt Aussagen der Verkäufer funktionierenden Lautsprecher in meinem Auto ausgetauscht. Ohne Erfolg, alle 4 Lautsprecher sind defekt. Im Check auf Kabelbruch hat er selbstverständlich den (noch) funktionierenden als Referenz ausgebaut und im Auto getauscht. ( also von links nach rechts und wieder zurück)

Kabelbruch schließt er somit aus.

Bei den Lautsprechern handelt es sich um die 8", 200 mm Dynaudiotieftöner mit der Volvo Nummer 30679331 bzw. 30797741.

Neu gibt es die nicht mehr.

 

Wie ich im Netz recherchiert habe, ist das bei den Lautsprechern aus der Zeit ein bekanntes Problem, womit auch VW Eigner zu kämpfen haben.

Es soll die Ursache in der Kontaktkorrosion des kupfernen Anschlußdrahres an den Aluminium- Spulenschwingdraht liegen. Dort löst sich über die Jahre aufgrund von Feuchtigkeit und den unterschiedlichen Drahtmaterialien die Verbindung.

 

Nun meine Frage in die Runde, wer der hier anwesenden C70, V50, S40 C30 Eignern (desgleichen im S80 und V70) gleiche Probleme mit den Lautsprechern hat und welche Lösungen es geben könnte.

Meine Gedanken dazu:

1. Dynaudio DK anfragen auf Reparatur

2. Lautsprecher Fachbetrieb/ Instandsetzung anfragen auf Reparatur

3. Alternativ Lautsprecher "von der Stange" oder anderen Fahrzeugen finden

4. Damit Leben das alles seine beste Zeit hatte.

Gibt es hierzu Anregungen, Tipps, Ideen, Herangehensweisen???

Ich wühle mich nun schon ein gutes halbes Jahr durch das Thema, komme aber nun nicht weiter...

Ich habe mal bei Google "dynaudio woofer 30797741" eingegeben. Es gab Ergebnisse, allerdings auch Versand aus England.

Gebrauchte Lautsprecher werde ich allerdings keine mehr kaufen, die sind alle gleich alt und entsprechend vom Zustand.

Die Amis verlangen mittlerweile über 10000 $...

Ich habe nun einen Fachmann mit der Reparatur von 3 Lautsprechern beauftragt, er kennt die Problematik mit den unterschiedlichen Anschlussdrahtmaterialien.

Mal sehen, welcher Erfolg sich diesbezüglich ergibt.

I have the same issue with one of my dynaudio doorspeakers.

 

The Dynaudio speaker 30797741 is actually a 8,75" speaker, and therefor no standard speaker will fit directly.

 

I am wondering if I should buy a used one or go with a different 8".

I have tried to find some with similar specifications as the original, but it is difficult, as I dont know all the specs of the 30797741.

 

4 Ohm, 50 W RMS, 3" voice coil.

 

I read somewhere that the dynaudio system frequency range is from 35 Hz, but I dont know if it is true.

 

The only speaker with a 3" coil I could find is a dynaudio MW 172

 

Otherwise I was thinking to go with something like the Audison AP8

I dont know much about speakers, so dont know what would be best....

 

Did you get yours fixed, and how did it go? - Maybe I should try to have mine fixed instead...

I successfully had 3 of my Dynaudio woofers with the Volvo number 30679331/ 30797741 repaired in a specialist company for loudspeakers. There they knew the error with the different coil wires and connecting wires.

I got the speakers back and had one installed in the car. I have two in reserve or will offer them for sale.

At the time I had the idea of contacting Dynaudio directly. Maybe it's easier for you in Denmark to talk to the people there. Otherwise, there are certainly appropriate specialist companies in Denmark who can repair something like that.

I don't think you will be happy with used, untested parts for long. I bought 4 pieces of used speakers, none worked. There are hardly any offers for the speakers. There are a few little used ones in England or in the USA. But in what condition?

Unfortunately I can't tell you anything about the technical data of the loudspeakers, I very quickly gave up the alternative of installing other loudspeakers.

Es gibt ja recht ambitionierte britische Facebook-Gruppen die auch teilweise das Thema behandeln. Schön zu lesen, dass du eine Lösung per Reparatur gefunden hast. Ich hoffe, irgendwann zunächst mal die Angst vor dem Abnehmen der Türverkleidung hinter mir zu lassen und dann hoffentlich den Tausch oder eine Reparatur angehen zu können. Leider ist das beim C70II eine echte Blackbox. Gefühlt weiß keiner, welche Lautsprecher da exakt verbaut sind (Hersteller, Eigenschaften).

I found a pair in Poland, but don't really want to buy speakers from 2007. They will probably go the same way as the one I have.

I don't think Dynaudio will be much help. They website clearly say that everything about these speakers has to go through Volvo.

I contacted a company that does speakers, but they wanted to see if they could get parts for it? .. i doubt it.

Was it the same problem with the 3 speakers?.. was it the same place the connection was broken and was it an easy fix? (Not need for rewiring the coil etc.) Could be interesting to know :-)

If you want to sell one of the fixed units and ship it to DK, I would be interested.

In case, how much do you want for it?

Hallo Marcel,

ich habe meinen Freundlichen damit beauftragt, die Türverkleidung zu demontieren und den Lautsprecher zu tauschen, da ich selbst etwas Respekt vor der Sache mit dem Airbag habe.

So wie ich gelesen habe, sollte man zur Demontage der Türverkleidung die Batterie abklemmen, dann passiert mit dem Airbag nichts.

Die Teilenummer sollte eigentlich auf den Lautsprechern stehen. Leider auf einem Papieraufkleber, der im Laufe der Jahre nicht besser wird.

Versuch doch mal die Teilenummer zu ermitteln, ggf direkt bei dem nächsten Volvo Händler in deiner Nähe. Dann hast du einen Ansatzpunkt, nach welchen Lautsprechern du suchen musst.

I am very happy that I could help with my answer.

 

To answer your question:

Yes, it was the same problem with the connection of the lead wires and the coil wires on all three speakers.

The specialist company was aware of this error and was able to repair it, the coil did not have to be rewound.

ich habe nun exakt dasselbe Problem wie du. Mein C70 ist von 02_2008, scheinbar ist die Haltbarkeit auf 15 Jahre ausgelegt …

Kannst du hier im Thread vielleicht den Namen der Firma sowie die Kontaktdaten weiterleiten (sonst gerne auch als PN)? Das wäre ganz lieb, dann kann ich meine Lautsprecher ebenfalls zur Reparatur dorthin schicken.

Habe mal eine Frage in die Runde: betrifft das Thema nur die C70 mit Premium-Sound?

Weil das ist so ziemlich das einzige Extra neben Keyless, auf welches ich 2013 beim Neukauf verzichtet hatte. Unser C70 Summum hat lediglich High-Performance-Sound verbaut, jedoch mit Doppel-Sub hinter der Rückbank.

Ist hier gleichfalls mit Problemen durch Alterung zu rechnen?
