E34 Bj 91:

Rückwärtsgang kommt nur bei höherer Drehzahl und mit Ruck.

Ausnahme: Getriebe ist kalt.

Tja, schoen, E34 Bj 1991. Und welcher Motor?

Denn darauf kommt es an, welches Getriebe drin ist.

ZF 4HP22, ZF 5HP18, ZF 5HP30 etc

Ist schon mal ein Getriebeoelwechsel gemacht worden?

Ist das Filter schon mal gewechselt worden?

Ist der Getriebeoelstand korrekt ueberprueft worden bei laufendem Motor mit ATF um die 30 Grad C?

Falls es ein 5HP18 5-Gang sein sollte, da hab ich mir mal die Muehe gemacht, das alles zusammen zu stellen aus einer Reparaturanleitung, aber in Englisch, musst halt uebersetzen:

Danke fuer Deine schnelle Antwort.

1. Das 5-Gang- Getriebe hat 2011 in einer Getriebewerkstadt neue Kupplungsscheiben zw. 3. zum 4. und zum 5. Gang bekommen. Das Oel wurde nach 1000km gewechselt und auf Abrieb untersucht.

2. Der Filter wurde sicherlich gewechselt, denn dieses Problem tritt erst, sich sterigernd, seit 9-12 Monaten auf.

.3. Seit 3 Jahren: nein. Allerdings kenne ich aus der Vergangenheit schlechtes Schaltverhalten bei kaltem Oel.

Danke für die ausführliche Anleitung.

Jedoch bin ich nicht in der Lage, eine Getriebereparatur selbst vornehmen zu können, werde ich davon keinen Gebrauch machen.

Dann geh zu einer Werkstatt, die sich auf ZF Getriebereparaturen spezialisiert hat, denn bei BMW tauschen sie nur die Getriebe und schicken sie zu ZF.

Falls Du in der Naehe von Dortmund bist, ZF Dortmund wird immer empfohlen.

Hier hab ich mal eine Liste gemacht von Werkstaetten zu Getriebereparaturen, die in Foren empfohlen werden, ist nicht komplett und wird erweitert

Danke fuer Liste.

2 Firmen in Hamburg werde ich mal kontaktiere.

Vor 3 Jahren war ich mit meinerRep. bei Gelard in Itzehoe.

Nur die wollen jetzt € 2000,- haben. Da ueberlgt man ja schon mal laenger.

Bin jetzt bei 396000 km.

Fuer was 2000 EURO? Haben sie Dir mitgeteilt, an was der Schaden liegt, Kostenvoranschlag mit genauer Auflistung der Arbeiten und Teile?

Hatte meiner damals auch, der Anfang vom Ende. 5HP18, brauchst da nix auslesen. Der Wandlerkorb ist gebrochen und nur noch eine Frage der Zeit, wann der Wandler dann durchrutscht. Könnte man selbst reparieren, doch Zerlegung wie Zusammenbau sind nicht ganz ohne, gehört schon einiges KnowHow dazu, das _richtig_ wieder zusammen zu bauen.

Reparieren lassen ist dann nur was für den Youngtimerfreak, denn wirtschaftlich ist das nicht. Rauscht Dir mal ein Idiot ins Heck, bekommst Du noch den Marktwert ausgezahlt, der bei dem Auto schon unter den Repkosten des Getriebes liegt.

PS. Wenn das 2011 schon mal gemacht wurde, haben sie wohl das Hauptproblem übersehen. Rausgeschmissenes Geld :(
