Exactly the same thing happened with my car at 275 000 km: random loss of power when engine gets warm, 003F77 code and clogged DPF after driving it with that problem for about 900 km.
Solution was replacement of turbo actuator: I removed the old one without removing the turbo. Than a turbo specialist programmed the new one with the data from the old one. I took a 200 km trip to regenerate my DPF and everything was OK. Only regeneration started after about 80 km of driving and deleting error 0048A in motion
