I Solved this problem!
As I written in this topic couple of years ago, I had this problem from when car was new.
Now when Caddy is no longer under warranty I installed KW coilovers and problem stopped.
Full throttle from start not holding the steering wheel and car goes straight, no pull at all.
So problem is in front suspension and shocks.
