How to improve the user experience of EV fast-charging stations? (Thesis survey)
Hello everyone!
I'm Anna Eveliina Sinitsina - a student of International Business and Marketing at the Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences from Helsinki, Finland. I've been passionate about cars for many years and lately with EVs becoming more widespread, I've become curious about them as well. Although public charging infrastructure is now widely accessible across Europe, its' convenience, reliability and the quality of the user experience are still questionable.
That is why I'm writing my Bachelor's thesis on how to improve the fast-charging experience for electric vehicle users - to better understand the strengths and weaknesses of fast-charging infrastructure, as well as the differences in consumer perceptions and preferences between 3 different countries.
Therefore, I would like to gather some thoughts and insights from drivers in Germany, in addition to Finland and Norway.
