Wie drehe ich mein Innenspiegel 180 Grad (oben-unten), wie es sein sollte ?
Hallo Leute,
Schon 2 Monate mit den neuen A3 8V (3-Tuerer). Macken habe Ich schon welche gefunden, aber am schlimmsten ist dieser umgedrehter Innenspiegel.
Mein Spiegel hat die Abblendfunktion, also natuerlich will Ich ganz vorsichtig sein, damit Ich keine Kabeln schneide. Aber gibt es viellecht eine kleine Schraube, oder vielleicht irgend ein Trick, den Spiegel von hinten zu oeffnen, und dann einfach auf den Kopf stellen ?
Dass Ich gesehen habe, betrifft das auch den A1, A4, R8 und der neue Lexus wurde auch gekillt.

Ich würde den Spiegel festhalten und das Auto drehen.
Probleme haben manche.

Spiegel sitzt auf eine Kugel. Du kannst das Ding drehen, aber wenn es montiert ist, stosst der Spiegel gegen den Dach des Autos weil es am Winkel fehlt. (versuch es).
Wenn es abmontiert ist koennte man vielleicht eine volle Umdrehung schaffen.
Die Aufnahme ist doch abgewickelt, da kommst du selbst nach einer Drehung nicht in eine richtige Position

Ich verstehe nicht: "Die Aufnahme ist doch abgewickelt" (Deutsch ist nicht meine Muttersprache).

Verstehe. Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. Messung kommt demnaechst LOL.
You will have to remove the whole mirror unit from the windshield, first remove the drop shaped fairing and then you can remove the mirror by turning it 90 degrees as a bayonet.
Then you should turn it around 180 degrees and again to the windscreen

I know it is a bmw but the procedure is very similar

Audi wird eine auf den Arsch kriegen, Ich fahr sofort morgen dorthin.

#1. I noticed the mirror has a "slot" on the back side, or better a little "window", I guess this is used to activate the Automatik-Abblendlicht turn-off, but since I did not choose that option (I did not like how it worked on the 8P, and after some 8V rental tests, decided against it) In your case however, this may play a big role, it may just "stop working" , due to the angle change, but I am not sure, you better check that !
#2. I noticed the cables, which go through the "full motion ball" into the Mirror, are very long, however, when you are turning the mirror around, pls look inside the back of the mirror, and make sure you are not strangling those cables.
Das Fokussieren mit der Kamera muss aber noch geübt werden - ein scharfer Hintergrund ist nicht so wirklich interessant. :D
Dennoch - coole Sache, lass mal one TPI erstellen. ;)
the auto dimming function should work in this way too
