hier im Forum habe ich den Bericht zu Lupo über mobile.de (Betrug) gefunden. Da aktuell wieder ein Angebot zu POLO herumgeistert, schreibe ich hier mal neu dazu.

Habe ebenfalls mit einem Rentner-Ehepaar aus Dänemark, das ein Haus in Köln hatte und nun in Frederikshavn/Nordjylland, Dänemark wohnen soll) wegen einem Polo 1.2 Highline Navi, Leder, Klima zu 3.880,- EUR über mobile. de Kontakt. Haargenau dieselbe mail (es war seine zweite nach meiner Rückantwort) mit demselben Schreibfehler: ...."no tehnical problems". Ich sollte auch per Western Union Geld auf meinen Namen zu unserem Meetingort Hamburg transferieren. Sein Absender war:

Maybe you are worry about the transfer tax that your wife will pay about 150 euro, but because this condition is put by me, i will give you the money-tax back when we will meet.

Echt schade wegen dem schönen Polo, dass es sich hier Betrug handelt. Kann man nicht aufgrund der Fotos und der Email-Adressen was herausfinden? Ist das Foto identisch mit den vorhergehenden Fangangeboten? Wer mögen diese Leute sein, die gar nichts davon wissen, dass sie "benutzt" werden?

Bin grade in Verhandlung mit einer "Schwedin" über den Kauf ihres Passat Variant 1.6 Comfortline von 9/2016 auf Autoscout24. Er soll VB 4.400 EUR kosten.

Dass "sie" keine Telefonnummer angibt und auch der Mail-Wechsel haben mich stutzig gemacht und ich habe ihre angebliche Ausweisnummer gegoogelt. So bin ich bei euch gelandet. Danke euch allen!!! Der Ausweis steht auf (aktuell) Seite 9 vom Thread, nur dass "sie" ihn jetzt auf "Johanna Sällström" gefaked hat und angeblich in Göteburg wohnt. Am Freitag, 2.11.2018, will sie sich mit ihrem Bruder angeblich in Düsseldorf mit mir treffen.

Den Wagen haben wir damals als Neuwagen gekauft!

Das Auto ist in einem super gepflegten Zustand, es hatte nie einen Unfall, hat keine technischen Probleme (der Motor ist in perfektem Zustand), es hat kein Rost, Kratzer oder Dellen. Das Auto ist ein Garagenwagen.

Alle Inspektionen wurden bei einem örtlichen Fachhändler gemacht, damit ist der Wagen Scheckheft gepflegt.

Ölwechsel wurde regelmäßig durchgeführt.

Es handelt sich um ein Nichtraucherfahrzeug. Es wurden auch nie Tiere in dem Auto erlaubt.

Wenn Sie mein Auto kaufen, können Sie meine Kennzeichen des Autos behalten. Ich brauche sie nicht mehr und Sie können mit diese nach Hause fahren.

Ich würde vorschlagen, dass wir treffen uns Freitag 02. November - Samstag 03. November in Düsseldorf , damit Sie sich den Wagen in ruhe anschauen können. Lassen Sie mich wissen, welches Datum ihnen besser anpasst.

We are glad for your answer.

The car is in perfect condition (kept in the garage), it has never been involved in any accident (accident-free), no technical problems (engine works ok), no scratches or dents on the car body. It has valid TüV/ASU until next year, all the taxes are paid in Germany and all the inspections are done and noted in the car's Service Book.

We are both non-smokers, nobody smoked inside the car.

I want to inform you that you can use our plates (German signs) for your drive back home, this is no problem for us.

As I already announced to you, we are in Denmark now (the car stands in France, Paris), but if you decide to have a meeting to see the car, I am ready to meet your friend in France near the German border. We will take a flight to Paris, take the car from there and drive it to our meeting point.

I propose to you a meeting at the end of next week, Saturday morning 1st of August, in Strasbourg (Straßburg). I think it is a good place for us both.

There will be no need for any other meeting, we will manage the documents for the sale in order and your friend can take the car with him immediately.

Ziemlich die gleiche Masche haben sie bei mir auch abgezogen.

Es ging um einen BMW X3, mobile.de inseriert um € 2.500,00, mit der Zusage dass wir uns in Straßburg/ Frankreich treffen sollte. Vorher sollte ich über die Western Union Bank 1.500,00 an mich in eine Filiale der WU Bank in Straßburg anweisen.

She will have to complete a document with some details: her name (as sender), her address, your name (as receiver), destination France, Strasbourg , amount to send,... Your wife will give the completed document, her ID card and the money in cash (1500e + 75 e tax) to the Postbank employee. The transfer will be processed in 10 minutes and your wife will receive back her ID card and the document which confirms that the transfer to your name has been done. Once again i confirm you that i will give you back the transfer tax.

You will bring this document with you. You will show the transfer document and your ID card to the Western Union Office in Strasbourg at the moment when we will meet and you will receive your money back.

As you can see it is not a difficult procedure. We hope that now you understood our intentions and we hope that you agree with us.

My wife will do the similar transfer to my name and this transfer documents exchange will offer us a little guarantee that the meeting will really take place and that our efforts will not be in vain.

Üble Nummer! Meinen Freund haben die Dänen heute in Straßburg ausgenommen. Der gleiche Mailverkehr wie oben. Die Rezeptionistin im Mercur hat bestätigt, dass die Masche dort schon seit Wochen läuft. Müssen ja gute Ausweisfälscher sein, sonst könnten die ja nicht ans Geld vor Ort.

Merkt das eigentlich keiner von denen die ausgenommen wurden, dass es sich für einen Verkäufer gar nicht lohnt diese Wege zu fliegen oder zu fahren (inklusive Maut + Benzin) und die WU Gebühren zurück zu bezahlen und dann schließlich 2500-3500 € bzw. zum Teil genau so viel unter dem reellem Fahrzeugpreis zu kassieren?

Oder ist das die pure Gier nach Schnäppchen die einem das Gehirn aussetzen lässt?

Kleiner Reflex: wenn man als Käufer denkt, dass die Verkäufer doof sind weil die irgendetwas viel zu günstig verkaufen, dann ist man zu 99,99% selbst der Doofe (bzw. den süßen Esel auf dem Bild)...:D

Selbst wenn auch Städte aus der Bretagne genannt werden (Plérin/Brest ist übrigens meine Heimatsregion), Autos mit DE Papiere lassen sich vor Ort sehr gut verkaufen. Für die Preise fährst Du zum Vertragshändler, der holt die Kohle aus Schublade raus und kauft das Auto sofort ab. Da muss keiner mit Leute aus DE ins Geschäft kommen...:rolleyes: In Dänemark noch leichter...

I would like to thank you for your interest and I appreciate your intention of buying my BMW 2002 TII. The car works and stands in perfect condition, I never had any problems with the engine.

The price is 20.500 EURO and I believe it is convenient for us both.

We live in the capital of Denmark, Copenhagen, located in the Hovedstaden region, a beautiful place on the Seeland island.

We had a nice place to stay during our summer and winter holidays in DE-81369 München. We sold the house a few months ago but we kept the garage until we sold the car too. So it stands there in the garage.

This is the reason why the car still has deutsche plates and German registration. I bought it from Germany and it is 100% a German car.

The reason for selling it now is that we are a nice couple of pensioners (I am 65 and my beloved wife is 64 years old), we love spending our time (and money) traveling around the world by plane, so a car is no more useful for us.

If you agree and if you are decided for a meeting to see the car and make a test-drive we are ready to take a flight to Germany and meet you personally.

It would be great to meet in Germany in the city where the car stands now, but if it is too far away for you I am sure that we will find a nice city in Germany to arrange a meeting, a region acceptable for us and for you at the same time.

Please tell us, where do you live? We would like to know more about you so we can propose to you an appointment.

PS: We have a German neighbour living here in Copenhagen who helped us by posting the selling advert on the German Website. My German is limited to just a few words so I wish to continue our conversation in English.
