Audi A6 4G: Fehlende Startfreigabe, Startet Zeitweise nicht, keine Freigabe der Klemme 15 sporadisch
Hallo Zusammen,
Ich habe an einem Audi A6 3,0 TDI aus Baujahr 05/2013 das Problem das das Fahrzeug zeitweise nicht startet.
Das Navi Display fährt 1cm raus und direkt wieder rein. Laut VCDS habe ich folgende zwei Fehler hinterlegt wenn der Fehler auftritt:

Ich habe bereits folgendes ausgetauscht:
Start/Stopp Schalter (durch Bosch Service)
Ich hab bisher folgendes gemacht:
Relais Motorraum links Relais 4 für Klemme 15, Relais Nr. J317 (Bild 1)
Relais Armaturenbrett links Relais 2 für Klemme 15, Relais Nummer J329 (Bild 2)
Gebrauchtes Steuergerät 030 Sonderfunktionen SG Tracking Schnittstelle mit Artikelnummer: 4H0907440
Das Gebrauchte Steuergerät habe ich jeweils mit der Codierung aus dem Ursprungssteuergerät Codiert.
Das Steuergerät wurde in anderen Foren als Fehlerursache verantwortlich gemacht, allerdings ist das bei meinem Auto wohl nicht der Fall.
Der Fehler ist schwer greifbar und nur ab und zu und dann manchmal auch öfter an einem Tag und manchmal Wochenlang gar nicht, es gibt kein Zusammenhang auf das Wetter oder die Häufigkeit der Fahrten mit dem Auto, es ist manchmal da manchmal nicht...
Die 3x Relais im Kofferraum rechts mit der Nummer 645 habe ich bestellt die kommen morgen die werde ich auch noch tauschen diese habe die Artikelnummer: 4RA 007 791-011 und sind mit der Nummer 645 versehen (Bild 3)

Habt Ihr noch eine Idee oder hatte jemand von euch schon einmal das gleiche Problem?

Verursacht es Probleme, wenn J843 nicht angeschlossen ist? Wird es Störungen verursachen, wenn ich es abtrenne?

Your car won't start w/o J843 connected. It's part of the car location system that was never fully realized on this A6 generation.

I understand. I have same issue on 2013 Aventador. Some aventadors do not have a J843 module, but I have terminal 15 locking too.

I assume that something is triggering the J843, which in turn tells the contol unit #5 (immobilizer) to prevent terminal 15 (ignition on) from being turned on. If you disconnect & reconnect the J843, then you are basically resetting it. As long as it doesn't get triggered again, everything works as it should.
J843 is part of the immo circuitry. That is why you can't simply remove it or exchange it for another unit. What you could try, is to remove it (J843) and take it out of the gateway install list. Then have a dealership relearn all your keys to the immo. It might work. However, there maybe coding adjustments to make in other control units. My A6 doesn't have the J843, so I can't check. The J843 is just the interface "into" the car. It doesn't have any connections to the "outside" world (for remote vehicle shutdown). This is an additional control unit, that was only installed in A8 (4H) cars. It never saw an installation on the A6.

What I tried yesterday was coding the J843 module. I have turned off all bits so nothing is enabled and it seems to be working so far, I think. We have errors in J843 for insufficient voltage, but no more terminal 15 fault in the BCM or the J843 module.
Maybe you can try this?
I was unable to locate the module in the car for us to reset it, I assumed it is near the battery but no luck finding it.
Hat den hier jemand das Problem mit der Klemme 15 sporadisch lösen können? Ich habe das selbe Problem. MMI fährt nen cm raus und direkt wieder rein und Motor startet nicht.
Schließe ich das Fahrzeug und geh dann 20m weg und danach wieder zum Auto springt er an.
Wer kann mir helfen???
