I also have an ID5 and this was my fear as well that without the rear wiper there might not be awasher for the rear camera.
But, I can confirm that it does have rear camera washer - it is not operated through the wiper stalk.
When you are in the reverse gear - click on the camera adjustment button on the infotainment screen - ( normally where you adjust brigthness - color etc) - then a new button appears - to activate the washer for the camera.
