In the Netherlands they are building them and putting them on a used chassis. And registration is not a problem here. The problem is that MB has marked these vehicles as scrapped in their database. So you can not connect them with Xentry for now, not even the dealer can acces them. Not all options are working eg distronic, blind spot warning and some reversing camera options. There is said to be a solution on the way.
