Der Roadtop Support konnte mir tatsächlich helfen.
In den Roadtop Einstellungen muss in den Bluetooth Einstellungen "Car's BT Channel" ausgewählt werden (war es vorher auch schon) und im Comand als Audio Quelle Bluetooth und das Handy direkt anstatt der Roadtop box.
