If customer using car BT channel, then it can not use.
Since at BT status, both car system/box system will catch that at same time. then it will influnce each othe's function.
Now we are unable to find an better solution for it.
2. In future update, we will add up/down into software
3. The carplay box is supporting 2 audio channels. So first, customer need to make sure which audio channel he/she wants to use. If he want to use BT channel, then make setting accordingly on box setting/phone setting/car. If he want to use AUX-USB channel-- then he/she need to use our AUX-USB device for NTG6.0 system.

Ich bin mir leider ziemlich sicher das dahingehend nichts mehr passieren wird. Eigentlich schade, da nicht mehr viel fehlt um die Box nahezu perfekt zu machen.
Wenn ich normal im MBUX unterwegs bin und einen Anruf annehme werde ich auch immer auf die KSmart-Box mit miserablem Sound für Telefonie gelenkt. Soweit ich weiß kann man das auch nicht umgehen. Um gute Qualität beim telefonieren zu erreichen muss ich mich schon im CarPlay Menü befinden.
