All E350d V6 came with Air Body Control, not sure what year they phased it out.

i just took a look at a bunch of 350d's for sale quickly and non of them had air suspension (no button by the touch pad).
there are different types of the air suspension too that all have different ride heights and alignment settings.
As for adjusting it alot of the diagnostic tools can adjust the ride height and obviously xentry can if anyone has it
