I had SW updated in my car yesterday in the workshop (to 3.5.14). It costed few euro; they said it would be done for free during the regular maintenance, but since I wanted it out of cycle, they charge the amount for work. It is OK. The SW works good so far:
Dual-camera view when reversing - cool!
ETA in the driver's display - great!
Overal performance - good (though I think system restart played bigger role here than the SW update).
What still keeps me completely puzzled is the Sign Recognition. That is still terrible - see the picture: it said no limits (like on Autobahn) in the center of Munich; also could not 'see' the repetitive 50 km/h signs in the tunnel and was showing 30 km/h - which comes from Google maps data. In overal it feels to me the recognition is blind; just relies on Google too much.
