-Insert the Firmware CD, let it install, remove.
-Insert Navigation DVD
That's it, you 're good to go.
In case you already have V32 then you will need to downgrade/install an older Firmware Version (V29) for example. When ready, then you can install this one (modified V32) over it and you 're ready.
