I live in Holland and have the exact same probem.
Always after a long drive.
I already removed the swirl flaps.
I also professionally cleaned the DPF. because this can also cause the alarm.
Today i cleaned the boost sensor. Hopefully this wil bring succes.
There are stories on the internet from people that replaced the turbo but the failure was still there.
