I am afraid there's no easy way to do that. But you can definitely do it yourself. See the pictures below. I also had this problem with my phone and the solution was to buy a new usb cable because the old had a worn out connector.

Ich fürchte, dafür gibt es keinen einfachen Weg. Aber du kannst es auf jeden Fall selbst machen. Siehe die Bilder unten. Ich hatte dieses Problem auch mit meinem Telefon und die Lösung bestand darin, ein neues USB-Kabel zu kaufen, da das alte einen abgenutzten Stecker hatte.
