Soundcheck / Muntermacher und Entfruster für den Volvo-Fahrer
Hallo an alle Soundchecker, Frühaufsteher, Frustgeplagten und andere Volvo-Fahrer.
Ich habe vor, mir eine CD zusammenzustellen, die für bestimmte Situationen gedacht ist:
1. Wer früh aufsteht, braucht auch im Auto ein paar Muntermacher
2. Wer einen schlechten Tag hat/hatte, braucht ein paar echte Entfruster
3. Wer seine Soundanlage mit anderen vergleichen will, braucht ein paar echte Referenz-Stücke
Wer kann mir hierzu Vorschläge machen bzw. entsprechende MP3 zusenden?
Ich hatte an Stücke gedacht wie:
Joan Jett "I Love Rock´n Roll"
Run DMC vs. Aerosmith " Walk This Way"
Toto "Hold The Line"
Ram Jam "Black Betty"
Queen "We Will Rock You"
Eine erste Version soll evtl. schon am Freitag beim GT V-einleitenden Soundcheck von Elkman und EmKay ihre Premiere haben.
Also: Alles ran an die CD-Sammlungen und rausgesucht, was geeignet ist. Vorschläge immer rein hier. Wenn MP3 zur Verfügung steht, gebe ich gerne meine Mail weiter.

Hi vidaman,
wie klang es denn bzw. wer kann Interpret gewesen sein? Ich hab hier mal folgendes aus dem englischsprachigen Wikipedia:
Cover versions
The country group Dixie Chicks then covered "Landslide" on their 2002 Home album. This rendition, featuring the group's trademark two- and three-part harmonies and country phrasings, was very popular, reaching the Top 10 of both the pop (#7) and country charts (#2) as well as several other charts. It became the Dixie Chicks' only #1 single (to date) on the adult contemporary chart. Lead singer Natalie Maines said she was attracted, in part, to the song because she was then the same age that Nicks was when she performed it. A deluxe edition of Home contained a remixed version of "Landslide" produced by singer-songwriter Sheryl Crow. The Dixie Chicks created another arrangement of the song using inverted harmonies for performance on their 2006 tour Accidents & Accusations.
Other covers
Alternative rock band The Smashing Pumpkins made an acoustic cover of the song that was featured on their 1994 B-side collection Pisces Iscariot. The cover was a hit and made it to the top three on the Modern Rock Tracks chart in the U.S. that year.
Singer-songwriter Tori Amos has covered the song in concerts since 1994 during her Pink Tour. The album Y100 Sonic Sessions: volume 1, includes a live version recorded on January 1, 1996.
Several other artists from diverse genres of music have also recorded and performed the song over the years since its debut. Among them, the list includes a performance by Red Hot Chili Peppers' guitarist John Frusciante during his solo concerts, and a concert recording by Joey McIntyre for his live album, One Too Many: Live from New York released in 2003. Additional recorded covers include those by jazz singer Stacey Kent for her album Breakfast on the Morning Tram, Venice, who are a Southern California band and a favorite of Stevie Nicks, for their 1999 album Spin Art, [2]Australian singer-songwriter Lior for his 2007 compilation album No Man's Woman, and Gavin Rossdale and Chris Traynor played an acoustic version of the song on their 2009 WANDERlust tour.

der auch gerade von Bravehart (klasse Mel Gibson mit sehr guter filmmucke) auf den nischen sender wechselte.
NACHT heißt ja nicht ende des tages :-))
Blue Monday war doppelt und Braveheart sollte man sich von Konserve angucken und die Szene, wo er mit dem Pferd ins Schlafzimmer reitet in Slowmotion gucken 😎 😁 😉
