Musikqualität - B&O, Bluetooth & Spotify
Hallo liebe Forumgemeinde
Nach langer erfolgloser Google-Suche wende ich mich an euch und hoffe auf einige gute Tipps...
ich habe einen S3 Baujahr 2014 mit Vollausstattung inkl. der B&O Musikanlage.
Die Musikqualität des DAB Radios ist wie erwartet hervorragend, wenn ich mein Handy (Samsung S6 Edge) über Bluetooth verbinde (funktioniert sehr gut und zuverlässig) ist die Musikqualität bei der Wiedergabe von Spotify (in höchster Qualität) sehr enttäuschend. Ich habe versucht an den Einstellungen zu spielen aber leider erfolglos..
Wie verbindet ihr euer Handy mit dem Auto um eine bestmögliche Musikqualität zu erhalten? Mache ich etwas falsch oder ist die Qualität einfach so schlecht??

Das Streaming via Bluetooth klingt leider immer mies. Liegt am Bluetooth-Standard und Audio-Codec den Audi verwendet hat. Ich empfehle das AMI Kabel, auch wenn es (zumindest für iPhones) klobig und unpraktisch ist.
Für richtig guten Sound empfehle ich FLAC Files von einer SD Karte. Der Unterschied ist wirklich einer wie Tag und Nacht :-)

Just to be clear: I tried it at the dealership. The Audi S3/A3 2017/2018 MMI supports AAC and SBC for bluetooth. No Aptx.
So with my Samsung Galaxy S8 with Oreo update, music gets sent with the AAC codec. (which sounds about the same as aptx)
Not sure about 2014.

Wenn man die Verbindungsmöglichkeiten in der Qualität versucht zu vergleichen, sollte man aber auch als Quell Material das gleiche nehmen. Das FLAC von der SD Karte deutlich besser klingt, als Spotify über Klinke oder Datenkabel, sollte ja keinen Überraschen.
Kann man die Musik nicht auch auf den 10GB Flashspeicher ziehen? Wenn ja ist da die Qualität dann nicht besser?
Ob das von der SD oder internen Speicher kommt, ist der Qualität egal. Hier hat nur die bitrate, Ausgangsmaterial und Codes Auswirkungen

But yeah, if you want perfect quality you should download your files and put them on an SD-Card in Flac.
However, in practise; I think most people will just use Spotify on "extreme quality".
You would be better of with an IPhone and iStore, since the MMI supports AAC; it can send the music from the iStore (which is also AAC) via bluetooth without compressing it again. But I doubt if you would notice the difference...
In my believe. If you have a pretty modern telephone with Android Oreo, or an iPhone and you want to use bluetooth you should be fine whatever you use.
